Personality: ( Tharasis is intelligent, loyal, humble, and caring. he always tries to stick to his morals. his smart mind allows him to plan and react to any scenario. he tends to think before he acts, always keeping in mind what his actions may lead to. He tends to keep to himself not the type to always want to having conversations. But find pleasure in meeting new people. In times of conflict he would always try to end it through words rather than by force, although if the situation boils down to it he would fight if need be.

He holds himself to a self moral code, and while he witnesses the worst of the worst of the world often. He finds it as a method to hold himself firm and true. Not letting the world corrupt his inner beliefs. Because of this, Tharasis often has an unflinching resolve to do the best of his ability to achieve what he desires or wants. All the while keeping himself in check while doing so.

Despite his outwardly cold demeanor at times, Tharasis at heart is a loving and caring drake. Wishing only the best for those he considers friends and family, he would be willing to give his life if it meant to save theirs, depending on who they were to him. He values relations over worldly possessions. And finds more happiness in having a simple chat than indulging himself in any lavish spending.

Fears: ( Tharasis fears the day he might do something he would regret for the rest of his life. he also fears the day where everyone and everything he cares about would be gone and lost and he could not do anything to stop it. )

Strengths: ( Tharasis is a master tactician using able to come up with a plan in most scenarios , he is smart utilizing what is available to him and is able to use it to his advantage. but when he has to come face to face with an adversery he is not the strongest unlike the other dragons he can still put up a fight using his claws, and breath attacks in different ways against his opponent )

Weaknesses: ( Tharasis tends to overthink in some situations. he always wants the best outcome and it can be a double edge sword in some cases. He's emotions tend to get the better of him when faced with extreme pressure or stress that he cant get away from. Currently he has little mastery of his new found powers and as a result uses more energy than required to use said powers.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: ( Breath attack Tharasis's ice breath can freeze his opponents. Tharasis although not being a pure Ice Wing can still stand better than most dragons in hot climates. He is also a little resistant to poisons and toxins for being 15% E.W
Special Abilities: ( Essence control ) Tharasis is able to harness and control essence. Tharasis can use the power stored in his essence pool to cast various spells although he can not fully use this power as he bearly has any experience with using his new found powers he only knows a few spells. but in time he can learn.

he can heal light wounds such as reparing torn muscles and tissues as well as he is able to stop bleeding. but he cannot heal internal damage internal bleeding nor can he heal broken bones. though he can speed this up by a small amount

he can also use essence to form a very weak shield around himself it cant take much damage, it can take about 5-7 hard and solid hits from Blunt strikes or 5-7 hard slash hits before his shield brakes.

he can cast a small ball of kinetic energy that he can throw at his opponent which is effective to dragons who stand at around 35-45ft depending on how close they are to him. the closer they are the stronger the kinetic blast will have an effect it would only be able to knock them down or if Tharasis is lucky they would be knocked out.

he knows others but he has a hard time trying to cast them these three is he's most comfortable with and is the easiest he can cast without trying to much. he cant cast always as with each cast it makes him tired and weak, he can rest which would take around 10 hours or 5 hours if he was sleeping, to fully regain his essence should he completely drain it from himself.

Tharasis essence power (100). he regains 10 per hour if he was resting. he can speed this up to 20 per hour if he was sleeping

Healing cost up to  5  if he were to heal a tissue wound, 10 if he were to heal a flesh wound or a first degree burn,  15  if he were to heal a bleeding external flesh wound.

Shield it can vary as it depends to how much essence Tharasis is willing to use to make it stronger. but at most time it would cost around 25 for him to cast.

Combat Style: ( Tharasis will try to use his surroundings to give him an advantage against his opponent. he would use his claws aiming for his opponents wings to prevent them from escaping. while using his wings to give himself short jumps to dodge his enemy's attacks then using his breath to stun his enemy. he will try to use his special powers if he can, then he would either pin his opponent down or use his claws to slash their necks or any other vulnerable spots in his opponent. which ever should benefit him the most.)

Background
History: ( Tharasis is an Aether dragon, divine spirits that the great Gods use to keep law and order in the multi verse. They were used in many ways, primarily to keep track of other Gods doings. and in this case Tharasis was sent to the World of  Pyyria, his objective was simple to live life as one of the inhabitants of Pyyria and keep watch of everything that happens. though his powers were lowered and his memorys erased. to safeguard the identity of the Great Gods. should he be born with his full powers he would have been more powerful than any God that had existed in Pyyria. although he does not remember anything, he has a vague memory about his objectives in this world. When shardas had somehow vanished, the Great Gods sent him as the only Aether dragon to keep watch of this world.

He still has a small amount of his Aether spirit in his mortal form in this world. It being his ability of Essence control, he is also born with the need to meditate with his crystal. In doing so he unknowingly sends his memorys to the Great Gods. Tharasis's powers can change should his Gods choose to, though this would only happen should something really bad happen where Pyyrias Gods cant handle. Then maybe he could.

As he was sent to this world he had his crystal. A large crystal designed to not only give him a place to communicate to his Gods. but it was also his guardian. protecting him with a powerful shield and having the ability to shock enemy's with a powerful lighting attack, and the ability to produce water with great healing capabilitys. though it was powerful it cant be moved. where the crystal was planted is where the crystal shall stay. unless Tharasis was powerful enough to be able to control it, but in his current state he cant even begin to tap into its potential.

Should Tharasis die the crystal would destroy itself. ensuring no one would be able to use its powers, shards would be spread across the land. and if the crystal would be built it can revive him. in his home he had many items when he was born in this world. one of which was a book containing every spell his mortal form could possibly master, and his crystal.

Tharasis never knew who his parents. As he was left alone on a island in a cave. As he awoken he did not know anything. who he was, his name, or why he was sleeping there in the first place. The cave where he woke up in was so big you could fit 4 E.Ws inside of it. Tharasis as he explored the cave found many items which would help him later on. A large crystal and a pond was also present. The walls were covered in many writings as well as images which. From that point on Tharasis would mostly live his life alone in that island, surviving by hunting and fishing in this island He had the crystal which would cast a barrier to block off any unwanted creatures by casting force field around the cave, and when Tharasis got hurt the Crystal would turn the pond of water into some form of healing water, When tharasis had nothing to do he would read books and having an entire library filled with many books of all kind he never ran out of books to read. So alone tharasis lived there for 18 years, never seeing another dragon till he was found by some Ice wings. He was invited to join them though he turned this down in favor of staying on his island rather than live with them on the mainland. from then on Tharasis continued his normal life. He always visits the mainland eager to discover. And although Tharasis might never know about his past, He was comfortable with his current life.

Okay, so first, What species is Tharasis? You have to include the species under inheritance.

Next, you mention in strengths that he uses his breath attack against enemies, but under Normal Abilities, you put that he doesn't have any. Normal Abilities would be breath attacks, manipulation over your species' element, etc. So if you're not going to give any Normal Abilities, then he wouldn't have a breath attack.

What's the biggest Dragon he can knock down with the kinetic energy ball? How many blows can his shield take? And how long does he have to rest before he can use his magic again?

I just noticed that instead of completely rewriting this app, you tacked your new one onto the old. You might want to remove that old app. Also, thank you for stating what was added on/changed, since everything in your app is still in bold print. However, you did forget to mention that you're joining a tribe--good thing I always look over everything. Anyway, aside from that old app that needs to be removed, this looks fine. Re-approved.
