A New Winter Forward (Icewing Lore)

As a monsters have left the frigged territory of the Icewings, it has left new surprises for many within the tribe. Small pockets of the Tribe finally revealing themselves, left quite close knit by their shared experiences. Along with this questions about the legitimacy of those who claimed to be the tribe's leader. In the end, Snowblaze would manage to prove herself through fighting some of the other contenders, but it didn't mean everyone was happy with the hybrid as a leader. Plus, the scars the apocalypse left would still be felt.

While more united, it was clear the Icewings were also, in many ways, more divided. Snowblaze herself wasn't the first to say it, but was admittedly quick to accept it. That the tribe had basically fractured into separate, smaller clans. Groups that were somewhat distinct from each other. And with it, a decision, and something of a challenge.

Using the saved pelt of one of the wolf creatures slayed during the time, a simple mask was made, with Snowblaze making some slight additions before addressing the other leaders. Her word to them was simple. Things were too fractured, too harsh, and maybe even too dangerous right now to try and fully come together. They could have their clans, and lead them how they saw fit, but they best not forget one thing. She was the tribe's leader, and the new mask, as simple as it was not, reflected that. But, if anyone wanted to take her place, they were more than welcome to fight her for it. Right now though, her own clan, the Mountain Clan, named for the cavern home they'd kept during the monster invasion, would be the head clan of the Icewings to both the Gifted Crystals, and the other tribes. At the same time, the other clan leaders would also act as sort of advisors as well for the young leader.

She also noted though that there would be a celebration coming for the end of the monsters, and that they were all welcome. As well as the other tribes if they could handle the cold of course.

As for the Mountain Clan, making their home safer and more hospitable to other dragons was a top priority.

(OOC Note: So, this brings a pretty big change for the Icewings, but also hopefully a cool opportunity to add some life into them, and differentiate Icewings from the other tribes a bit. Hope y'all enjoy this.)
