Biased Picking

Honestly, this "one mod picks all leader positions" is biased. Even if the person claims to be biased, everyone holds some degree of bias to the choosing of a role. This is why I believe there should be a change in how these semi/leader positions are chosen. I don't believe it is fair for one single moderator to have the power to elect what happens in a tribe. I think it should be either a staff vote, or a people vote. One person picking the position is just biased, and needs others with votes.

One Mod Choosing
Pros:

Quicker time to choosing
Less hassle

Cons:

Biased choosing
Other opinions don't count

This I completely agree, and it's not even hard for us to do, since we all have a Skype group (except Baldi, but we can ask for his opinion in chat).

I agree that it sounds more fair and logical to have more minds thinking about the decision to choose a leader, because everyone thinks differently, and what one person misses another person might see. I feel that a vote between the mods to choose leaders, semis, and full gods would be best. (Though we are only voting right now for the leaders being picked not semi's or full gods.)

I think staff should pick the leader, not have just one mod/admin pick a leader, and yes, AuSurath is right on that one but thats just my personal opinion. At least ave three mods or admin see who will be a leader.
