Bassasail
- Personal Info:
- Personal Info
Name: Bassasail
Alias: N/A
Age: 319
Gender: Male
Personality: Bassasail is a calmed and patient dragon, but stubborn abd hard headed. He generally will train throughout the morning and sleep through the noon up till midnight when he awakes to feed. Training is a lifestyle for this creature, as his goal is to become the strongest mortal dragon to ever exist, pushing out the options of demi, semi, and full godhood. He works hard everyday to achieve this goal and will stop at nothing tp get it. Bass, outside of training, is calm and kind to those he knows and is quiet and hostile somewhat to those he doesn't, but furthermore he is completely hostile when defending territory, so much that it has concerned much larger dragons. He is ruthless and swift in combat, using combined skills of power speed intellect and strength to get the upper hand in a battle, he doesn't believe in a fair fight at all.
Interests: Usually Bassasail loves to fight, since h grew up doing so he does not know whether fighting is truly wrong. He does have the odd interest in studying other speacies/ races of dragon as well as tribal backgrounds, when not fighting he could be seen studying somewhere, or even more likely sleeping the day off. He has settled down on a nearby chain island on which he rests in a large, plant-covered cave.
Dislikes: Bassasail dislikes weakness, which is something he’s always thought of himself. He believes allowing emotion getting to your head will make you weaker and make you suffer further more. When fighting he prefers to fight in water, land is not his best suit, its not terrible he can fight on land, but he hates it.
Fears: One fear Bassasail has is losing; due to the years of constantly fighting his body is grown weaker from constant injuries which gives the enemy the fighting chance. He hates losing, but it is more serious when the lives of others are on h8s shoulders
- General Appearance:
- General Appearance
Height: 60 Ft
Scales: Blue with a fade of green
Eyes: Deep blue and have slits
Appearance: Bassasail invokes a Galapagos iguana and Crocodile in appearance; having more bluish scales and armor with a smaller shade of green, this is perfect for stealth. Broad shouldered, Bassasail is heavily armored along his back and head and ending at the tip of his tail, he is the perfect example of a monster. His open up revealing an odd bioluminescence from his mouth all of the way down his throat and further on, he has slit blue eyes. Him being buff and being so broad does intimidate enemies, and while he is small, he makes up for the size in speed and strength and power. His claws are sharp along with his teeth/fangs, and like a Crocodile once he has his prey in his mouth he is not letting go until it stops moving. The brand of the Outcast he had received from his siblings and father will glow when he is aggravated, provoked, etc. The reason for this is that energy flows through his body and scales evenly for powerful blows, but the bank will glow since it is apart of his scales, as well as other markings of his old Rogue Tribe he was once apart of.
Tribe Information and Status
Tribe: SeaWings
Rank: Common
Family: All of his family is deceased, excluding one other
Mate: N/A
Hatchlings: N/A
- Skills and Abilities :
- Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Being small may perhaps be a weakness, grantee being five stories tall, compared to some enemies this is a weakness, but his speed and strength makes up for it dramatically. He will outsmart his foes, either making them feel stupid, humiliate them, or even trick them into something they could not take back during battle, Bassasail relies on strategy, but makes sure he uses his strength and speed for the same purpose as well. Being a quick thinker, Bassasail can find a way out of any situation, if there is turning back. He prefers to handle his business up front, but there are times when he must retreat to re-collaborate.
Special Abilities: Heart of Flames: Although he is water based dragon he can shoot beams of blue fire at his opponents when charged to an appropriate amount. Once he killed his brother Romas, the weakest of his siblings, he gained the power to breath fire; even underwater it is possible but only for a short time. When he charges up Blue Flames (both in beam, ball, and waveform) his body (between each scale and armor piecing) will glow a violent blue until the fire is shot off, damaging the opponent(s).
Weaknesses: Although he may seem large to smaller dragons and other beings, beings larger then he is has the advantage of a higher defense, attack, speed, etc. He does outsmart them, but hit and run is his best option and he can get easily frustrated. When damaged enough he goes into a rage, boosting his speed and strength, but looses his health the longer he stays in it. The underbelly, although lightly shielded by thick scales, is one of the weaknesses that could be hit if the opponent attack from under, or just attack that particular part of the body. When he goes into a rage he becomes carless of his own body, the only thing he does is attack, less defending against attacks he rushes too much headfirst and the enemy could take advantage of this. He is affected by electricity, although he has quite the size, he is a water based dragon, meaning he is weak against sound and lightening based creatures.
Combat Style: Bassasail typically thinks and fights at the same time, taking little damage as much as possible while giving more of it back. He prefers to be more stealth then anything else, taking his enemies from behind for a swift victory. Many called this cowardice, but it’s the smarter way of attack rather then just charging in. He uses his surroundings as part of his strategies and weapons, his brute strength and speed can deal good damage, but he makes sure if something gets done, it must be done at that time and place.
History:
- History:
- History:
- Part One:
- Born under the Dragon of Corruption, Bassasail was born as the second smallest of all 7 siblings. Each dragon had its own power, and the father was always the harshest out of the entire family. Growing was not easy at all, hunting your own food even at an incapable age was difficult, and all of your brothers hated him more so since the eldest of the brothers, Genji was treating him with kindness. Genji and Bassasail came to terms when he was very young, in fact, they became the closest of friends rather then brothers. One day though, Genji was Damned, meaning he was sent from the palace of Corruption and into the real world and sentenced into a cave of darkness, where he would spend much of his time in grief and despair, but he had made different plans, where he felt more to home since he was a Dark based Dragon, and he was never seen again.
- Genji:
- Part Two:
- Bassasail was the age of 37 (in human years) by this point and life only got more difficult. He had raided many other villages alongside his brethren, and when they returned Bassasail never received his cut, and instead only received a fiery blow to the face. He remained loyal until he snapped at the second eldest, Nuumas, a Light based dragon. Once they fought, there was no way of breaking it up, it was nearly catastrophic in the plains they were in. One thing Bassasail had Nuumas did not was smaller size, more defense, and more speed, unlike his flying brother Bassasail was always the scout, so he knew how to read weaknesses. But as he was starting to win the other brothers jumped him and brutally and fatally, nearly killing him until the father, Aeriolsa, came to the rescue, nearly killing his own sons to save another.
Months had passed, and Aeriolsa grew tired of Bassasail being so weak, and when he mentioned Genji the father re-injured his own son to shut him up. Knowing he will not be of much use anymore, the father would gather the other siblings and went towards Bassasail, and what seemed like a beating only turned worse. For Eight years straight, Bassasail was tortured, starved and left thirsting for something, his emotion grew bleak, grief and torment growing over him. Then the time came when they all Damned the second youngest out of their clan of Rogues, leaving him for dead and laughing. Bassasail was left craving something, something dark, he wanted the blood of his family.- Bassasail:
- Part Three:
- Bassasail was weaker then before, but his hate and rage grew more as time went by, and regaining what strength he had, he became known as the one without a tribe. He did not need one, and he did not need any sympathy from others. He wanted his brothers dead, and that is what he so desired. Years had passed and rumor of a sea monster destroying any in his path arose, taking down the tribes that came across its fangs and bearer the name of a beast. The Rogues had seen this, and knew whom it was, and in order to stop it they must be sent out of their own home to do so. But they could only go one by one for if they all wine tat once, it would be possible of another war outbreak. The youngest of the five was sent, Romas, the wind based dragon, was sent in a violent tornado. As he was sent he searched for Bassasail, looking for the kill. As he was over sea, he was ambushed by a familiar set of jaws and was dragged under water, but did not go down without fight. After taking some hits of his own, Bassasail was wounded badly after having the wind dragon shot a pulsing ball of fire in his eyes, damaging the lenses, but the older brother knew better and clamped onto the wing of the younger brother, and ripped the wings off. As the brother screamed in pain Bassasail grabbed the jaw and the top of the mouth and would rip off the head with some effort behind it. Tasting the blood of his brother was satisfying, but as an odd essence left his brother it surrounded Bassasail and went into his chest, knocking him out and letting him sink to the bottom of the ocean.
- Romas:
- Part Four:
- Aeriolsa was the complete opposite of pleased, he was in complete anger, He could only send one of the son’s every four years in order for rumors and certain ordeals to die down, to keep hidden, which gave his enemy time to recalibrate. He would have to wait, and allow his sons to train even more to prepare for their easy victory. Although, he did the unthinkable, he would send two this time, something that was forbidden by himself but he knew that if this enemy lived it would only get stronger as time passed. If they sent the two at a time then this should prove to be fatal to the enemy, since they were far weaker and smaller. Hopefully the Rogues will take care of this small problem once and for all.
Bassasail, meanwhile, had discovered this new power, the power to breath fire. He had never used this before, but when did use it against another being much like him, he was happy that there was some shred of luck. Four years had passed and he was ready for the next battle, yet what shocked him was the next wave of two, and not one. Bassasail took into the deepest of the ocean as the Earth based Dragon, Genma, and the other bigger and stronger Water based Dragon, Vorhees, chased him. Genma was slower since he took the size of a titan and turned completely to stone, yet there was an easy flaw. The volcanic activity in the ocean floor would not be able to hold up against his weight, and soon he might just fall through. Bassasail was faster and smarter the his counterpart, but as he came back for a strike he was basked through a large rock and thrown into a volcanic trench. He regained his balance and shot fire at the foe, which blinded him for moments, but recovered in a fit of rage, and charged after the younger enemy. The chase once more began, Bassasail having no choice but to go through the volcano-like caverns, he dove straight for them. And as the elder enemy went through as well, his sheer size got stuck in between the rocks. The Earth Dragon stepped near the volcanic trench, but through all of the dust he saw a huge fiery glow shoot towards one of his two legs, the explosion of the glow shattering his fragile leg after being under water too long, and falling on top of the water dragon, crushing him as the magma slowly melted the two as the Earth Dragon shrank to normal size. Bassasail watched, grinning evilly as he took off to the surface. Three down, two to go. This was not easy though, he took some heavy damage, and luckily he was able to avoid the earth dragon’s wrath for a bit so the plan could develop. Without even a thought, Aeriolsa forced himself to go out of hatred and anger, sending Nuumas into play, and then taking to the skies before he could dematerialized into a disgusting blob, crashing into the ocean himself, his Corrupted form failing and so he began to transform slowly, while for Nuumas had to find and kill his last brother.- Vorhees:
- Gemna:
- Part Five:
- Bassasail was tired, but his jaw dropped as he saw the Light Dragon walk upon land as well. The two rushed each other, clashing as Bassasail blocked the first attack but was pierced in the ribs with an odd crustaceous blade. Nuumas was always fond of sea creatures, granted he never turned into his true form, he preferred this form due to defensive and offensive purposes. As the two clashed, neither side was gaining the advantage, rather the opposite. They were both weakening each other, their lives on the line to finish what was started. Nuumas and Bassasail blocked each other again, one of the arms of the light dragon going for another swing. Not this time! Bassasail used his right arm (claws/hands… I guess) and caught the smaller arm, ripping it off and taking another his to the chest. He used the blade for a knife, tackling his older brother down and stabbing Nuumas in the throat. As they both shared the last few struggles, Nuumas became unmoving, the last few blinks nothing more then a reaction before the eyes went completely dark.
Weakened, Bassasail arose, sighing as he turned, only to see a larger, much more fiercer creature in his way of rest. This creature was Aeriolsa.- Nuumas:
Aeriolsa had completed his new form, a form that was far more superior then Bassasail’s. He laughed shooting off beams of dark yellow flames only for them to be dodged, Bassasail swam deep into the volcanic trenches like before, but he did not have a plan. On land he was no match, but in sea, he may prove to be a fight before his own death. The larger creature swam to the bottom as well, rushing Bassasail and crushing his own opponent. The reptilian dragon shot a ball of blue fire at the neck of the creature, causing it to stagger in surprise, yet no pain. He swam away, but came back in full speed and opened his jaw, grabbing large piece of armor and ripping it off. He swam off again and came back, doing the same until he was knocked down into he sea floor by a huge claw. He clawed and scratched as the large single claw dug into his right shoulder, slowly ripping it apart. Bassasail used his tail to knock one of the many legs down, causing the creature to loose its balance. As the creature stumbled and nearly crashed holes of oil shot up; the creature itself created holes of which. Bassasail saw the chance and charged up his fiery attack, his body glowing a violent blue as he swan at full speed towards the large creature, preparing a mouthful of blue fire as light was seeping through his scales and jaw. The creature regained its balance just in time to see its attacker, but it was too late, as the smaller foe struck head first into the creature’s abdomen, it released a powerfully hot blast of fire, causing the oil to catch ablaze and causing the underwater volcano to explode.- Aeriolsa:
In the aftermath there was only one survivor floating in the deep of the ocean, badly wounded, Bassasail succeeded in killing his brothers and father, there was no more Corrupted Tribe, no more pain, he just felt glad for the first time in his life. Three years pass, and he travels across the world, soon finding this so called “SeaWings Tribe” he decided to give it a try, hoping that his new life turns out for the best. However, soon enough the older leader disappeared, and the SeaWings were looking for a newer leader and right then and there, he had not known what he was thinking but he decided to fill the spot, eventually finding difficult roads ahead, but he managed it, and as he counted with this newer role he eventually found peace within himself finally and he can only hope for a brighter future for the tribe then what he had. Bass eventually became the SeaWing king, even adopting a hatchling, but that short time wad ripoed away as he disappeared inti the deep blue abyss. The truth of it being he was trying to catch food but was ambushed by old followers of his father in which they dealt severe damage, but successfully Bassasail killed them. Injured greatly he needed to find a place to rest and so he disappeared, not wanting to attract enemies to the SeaWings and endanger anyone. Once he reached a lone island Bass recovered slowly, calming down amd turning from a warmachine to a rather common but careful creature. Still, he trained for the duration of his absence, and once he recovered mostly, he returned to his cove where he once, and now, lives.

Bassasail traveled through the dark reaches of the earth, searching for something, someone. He entered a large cave, the smell of something old and the smell of smelted stone greeting his nostrils. He continued down the cave and stopped upon seeing a large seal like door. He had no time to stop and gaze at the view, he needed to get through, and now! He would ram into the large door, ramming into it time after time before it would crack and with one last push he broke apart the door, the entire cave shaking for a little time.
The large reptilian could only see pitch darkness, until he heard a voice of some sort. He though it was the wind, but so far underground? He would walked with caution, making sure none was around him. As he took another step Bassasail ran into a large chain, held tightly, he looked ahead and saw a silhouette in the darkness. He blasted a fire ball at the dead roots of a large tree, lighting the cave.
What he found was both shocking, yet relieving. A large creature who's scales were as black as night, who's eyes glowed with such dimness of old power. Genji, an elder dragon, was chained up against the ground, imprisioned by the chains of his own kind. Both Rogues glanced at one another, the sight of pain and suffering in the eyes of the elder brother, while the sight no mercy and no remorse, yet joy and happiness in the eyes of the younger brother. Bassasail melted the chains right off of Genji, the larger winged beast unfolding his wings and stretching, pain shooting across his face but keeping the emotion hidden.
"Of all other beings... you came for me... why...?" Genji asked, questioning his brother for answers.
Bassasail sighed, shaking his head and helping his brother up, "Because, out of all of our brothers, you were the only one truly care for me-"
"But won't they come for you!? Won't they come down here and-" Genji was cut off by Bassasail this time, being given a reassured answer.
"They are deceased, Genji. I killed them all," Bassasail smirked, looking from his brother to the entrance of the cave and helping the larger monster out. Yet, Genji pulled back with what force he had left, dragging himself back to the chains, "What are you doing? You wish to be free, doe not?"
"I'm dying..." Genji replied swiftly, looking to his younger brother with a hint of sadness, yet he was trying to look more neutral, "By dusk, I will be nothing but dust, my time has come, unlike father who only devoured others for eternity and power, I cannot follow his example... forgive me..."
"But.. I don't understand, you should live as long as father!" Bassasail argued, "I destroyed those who have done us wrong, I brought justice to them! And you tell me you are dying?!"
"Father stripped me of my powers, it is true, as the first born of the siblings I have been granted powers just like his, but he took them when I was banished as a Damned... If this is true, then you are the last of the Damned, the last of us... you must carry that title... my time has come in many years, you must go, go and find who you are," Genji said, sitting straight up and looking to his brother, "Do not remember us, do not think about us, for it is a heavy burden. Explore the world child, do not... turn back."
Bassasail thought about this, and left without further words, leaving the cave entirely and his dying brother. He cannot be a Rogue any longer, if they are one of the most targeted of all other beings, then he must find a checkpoint, something to where he could be accepted, a tribe. Yet, this will take time, and for now, he must lay low in order to be noticed, for now, he must remain invisible until time is ripe.

Re: Bassasail
While I like how detailed your story is, it can't really fit in the world of Pyrria, mainly because of the Tribe of Corruption and the portals thing. It doesn't need a lot of edits to really fit though, if you consider that family of yours are Rogues and your siblings were sent somewhere (and walking/flying there instead of using portals) we can make it fit without altering the story too much.
