What will we do with Gemini? {POLL}

Short and sweet. After having a short discussion in chatbox of this matter, should Gemini be demoted? Let us explain:

Gemini does not roleplay. And when she does roleplay, she abandons the topic midway. She doesn't interact with her tribe and honestly, her deputies do more work then her. And lets all admit it, there are several Nightwings that are a million times more active then Gemini and participate with lots of people. Gemini does not meet any expectations of a leader both In character and out of character. She is inactive in character but frequently logs onto her account (Phantom). So what do you all think? This will end once I think the majority has decided.

I think we should give it a bit. School and other things keep many people busy. I know I am not caught up on my posts and we should give Phantom a chance. Unlike Kaz Phan is trying to be more active and I know she wouldn't want this. If there was a choice that said 'Wait a bit longer' thats what I would choose.

To answer Darian: the NightWings have this problem for months. It isn't happening recently. The issue is Phan can be active, but a lot of other NightWings can be so much active compared to Phan.

Cosmos points are completely reasonable.

Anyway, there's complete anarchy in the tribe. I believe, for the sake of the NightWings, a change of leadership is needed. My suggestion is that Gemini can step down to Advisor, and still be high in the ranks.

Note: this poll isn't official. We're only conversing about a leadership's issue. We'll not do any actions without talking with Phantom first.
