A New War?! {POLL}

Greetings DRF community! Today I bring you ~~somewhat horrid~~ good news!

It has been awhile since our last.. well, tribal conflict. Like wars and all that ~~bad~~ good stuff. But how would you like to have another war? I'm sure we'll come up with a reason to well, go out and stomp all over things but I think it'd be great if we have a good-paced, not too long but not too short lasting, interesting war that can involve as many tribes as pleased. Now obviously we're going to need active contributors. And I want to involve a lot of people since a lot of tribes have their own private conflicts that leave the other tribes in the grey. So what do you guys think?

In truth, tribes have never fought each other. The reason is people generally don't fight, but there's a friendly atmosphere. We have tried in the past to do wars, but it was very hard to put together the pieces.

However we could start with 1vs1 conflicts, like.

SeaWings vs FireWings
SkyWings vs Earthwings
IceWings vs FireWings
NightWings vs LightWings.

People that would like to involve a character in a war, post here your character ^^ My characters are open for fights.

I guess you already know my position from the other thread about the Earthwing subplot ^^
It could be nice to have once a while a tribe setting up a plot involving everyone that wants it, just for the sake of having all tribes interact on a single topic. I really liked the idea of the Earthwing plot for the fact it wasn't only 1v1 fight. Having all tribes together might also let several people have their alts interacting, which might prove interesting for character development.
Besides we don't really need to have wars severely impact the whole story-line, do we ? From the discussion in the other topic this sounded like an issue. So just having a separated topic for one war plot sounds nice to me, be it one versus one or one tribe impacting everyone.

Anyway, I think this is a good idea, but maybe instead of one-on-one, all the tribe could be mad at eachother for some reason or another? Like how in Gone Missing there was seriously high tension because no one knew what was going on, and a full-out war wasn't far away.
We could find a reason like that. The one-on-one idea doesn't appeal to me, especially because the Seawings are very neutral, and only hostile towards the Firewings. The Firewings are more hostile to them, but haven't attacked because-let's face it-water beats fire every time. :p

@Ark: I disagree with the FW vs IW. The IceWings have had some trouble recently ~~which is mainly due to Solstice being a butt~~. So I think that the NW vs IW would be better. And I don't like the idea of the entire site going to war, because that'd suck. Most people have like... A lot of characters to manage.

This is true! IceWings and NightWings are on the path of a possible war due do the NightWing hatcling being taken by the IceWings. Reading the topic, Ausurath is also risking to die.

I support this ^^ We only need to get the tribe leaders involved, since Ausu is Gemini's adopted pup indeed.

Solstice won't let him die, even if she is risking a war just for eben being near him. However, Oculus will die

Hmmm... here's my idea.
One of the Nightwings looking for Au near the Icewings happens upon the nest of a sleeping Icewing hatchling. For this example I will use Sora. The Nightwing decides to take revenge on the Icewing and steals Sora. When Frostflare discovers Sora's empty nest and the Nightwing scent nearby she launches an attack. But first she gains some allies from the Lightwings, and together they attack the Nightwings. Worried and angry, the Nightwings get some Firewings and Earthwings to help. The Icewings send one attacker to get help from the Seawings. On their way, they gain aid from the Skywings. The Seawings, meanwhile, are unsure about helping. One Icewing who was left behind, meanwhile, takes Au back, hoping it will end the conflict. When Au and Sora are safely returned to their own tribes, the war is called off.

Alright, so it's been decided. There will be a upcoming tribe war! Now.. I shall make a new topic for what the war shall be about.

For reasons being kept secret the FireWings will not be going to war with any tribe. Though if you really most we would be most likely going to war with the NightWings.
