Personality: Shao is generous and kind, willing to help others out when in need or protect them if in harm. Shao is a reclusive seawing as he doesn't prefer living or being near the others, he is closed minded and solemn, mostly independent and enjoys swimming and steering clear of conflicts. Although he does face his problems head on, not turning down a fight though knowing when a fight isn't his or it's most unwise to do so. He can be talkative, though he will ignore those who bother him.

Dislikes: Populated Areas, Arrogant dragons, Hot areas, someone bothering him frequently, Demons and total dark magic.
Fears: Being imprisoned or held captive is one of Shao's worst fears, he does not wish to be thrown back into his cell like he was in his entire life. Even seeing other dragons this way freaks him out, bright flashes also remind him of the events that happened when he was a experiment which send shivers down his spine if he were to see multiple flashes, however nothing he couldn't ignore. Never being exposed to the outside world, witnessing a death before him is a strong fear of his too, death isn't something he adores and seeing it really freaks him out.

Scales: Smooth Aqua Blue scales with a cyan underbelly and tail
Eyes: Circular blue eyes
Appearance: Shao has smooth Aqua Blue scales that are covered with various white tattoos and two light stripes on his horns that lightly curve back. Shao is pretty bulky and muscular for a normal seawing, however he is quite short for one and he has cyan filled wings along with his cyan colored plates/underbelly as well as his tail.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Shao is Physically strong making him well in close ranged combat, however useless against obvious larger opponents. Shao is fast and evading due to his under average size, he is a good flyer but not the best when it comes to aerial combat.
Special Abilities: Shao hasn't discovered much of his powers yet, however some of his known abilities are mostly telepathic and healing typed magic, though using anything tires him out.
Weaknesses: Magic, although he does know some magic he is more close ranged then long ranged, and magic attacks will catch him off guard as he's not the best at dodging or blocking them. Even though he his muscular and bulky, he's small and bigger opponents will have the "Upper-Paw" in combat.
Combat Style: Shao fights physically and close up, he does not have anything to fight with long ranged and is best at attacking with his paws and teeth then with his cerebral powers which he has yet to learn. Having a blunt, long and plump tail he uses it to attack and trip enemies as a hit to the head his tail would knock someone out, however it is mostly for swimming so attacking frequently is a bad idea for him as it can damage his fin.
Background
History: Shao was created in a secret underground facility in the future of the RNU. He was made genetically as a experiment to bring dragons back to their time and possibly make him into a weapon by teaching him ways of how dragons acted, how they looked and how to fight. The RNU trained Shao and kept him alive and such, however there were many traumatizing events due to the harsh speciesm [Racism] among the reptilians, as the RNU were the ones responsible for the extermination of the dragon kind in future Earth. Never being able to access certain areas of the facility or even leave and see the outside world with fresh air he grew tired and curious of what the RNU had to hide. Upon snooping around the forbidden zones, he discovered that he was a genetic creation and was meant for terms of war and military enforcement to go out and torture those who spoke wrongly of the RNU. Knowing this, Shao escaped and found a time portal in the facility, escaping and finding sanctuary in this point of time, hoping that he didn't need to go back and live a neglected and evil life the republic forced on him.
