Personality:

She can appear to be very skittish and shy when meeting her for the first time.  This is because she has been warned by her mother Astral, to never be found out as a half breed.  But when she gets to know you, the opposite personality is really brought out.  She is very spunky and lively, and easy to get along with.  She is very polite, and always follows the rules.  Her voice is slightly raspy, but delicate and innocent sounding.  Cassie is adventurous and wants to meet people, but typically spends most of her time in nature, very seldom is she ever in a village, in fact close to never.  

She likes to slow down to smell flowers, but can also be quite the tomboy.  She is extremely aggressive as a dragon, which is what she will typically be seen as.  Usually, the only time she will be a human is if she is alone at night by the water.

Naturally, she is a very smart dragon.  She feels paradoxically one with nature, because she is considered to be an abomination, but always felt like she should belong.  Her home is a safe haven for her, and with a pure heart, it's hard to believe such a creature is an unholy offspring, after all...

As a dragon, she will be very aggressive and playful.  She loves to antagonize animals, without making them suffer of course, mostly just to irritate them.  If she has friends, she will always, always be the first to offer to explore.  But there is a river she dares to never go with anyone, for this is her sacred space as a human.  She will often cry silently there, for as human, she is lonely, and feels like no one wants her.  She may someday dare to show her friends her ability in a rebellious endeavor to retaliate from the strict conditions placed by her family.

Her presence feels paranormal, like an omen.

Strengths: Speed, agility, evasiveness, unpredictability, and stamina.

Special Abilities:

♅ White Shadow Shock - As her eyes glow a bright white and lightning trails behind them, Cassie can breathe lightning that appears white, and has a ghostly, fiery aura.  The attack lasts up to 9 seconds per post.

♅ Telepathy - Cassie is a telepath, she can read peoples minds and send thought projections in the form of symbols, shapes, and thought, ect.  

♅ Static Body An electric current on her skin acts like a defense mechanism.  To dragons, it feels like a bee sting at worst upon contact.

♅ Shapeshifting - She is able to be human or dragon.

Weaknesses:

♅ As a human she is very vulnerable

♅ She is weak to fire

♅ She gets scared easily


Combat Style:
She is elusive and evasive, avoiding anything she can.  However, if she does find herself in conflict, she will attack with what she can.  She is pretty small and vulnerable, so she will only attack if it will help her evade.  She plays around with dragons, sure, but in serious conflict, she may find herself paralyzed.  She might have to train if she should join the tiny dragon tournament, which she may be interested in.  For now, though, she's rather meek, and unskilled, but she should be learning from her mother how to fight, she may need to.

Background
History:

Born on a full moon, Cassiopeia is considered an omen child.  For whatever reason, ever since she laid eyes on Cassie, Astral has had both good and bad intuitions about Cassie's existence.  Cassie is thought to be too beautiful to let be executed, or some other horrifying tragedy, yet too dangerous for anyone to find out.  So to be protected, she has traveled with her mother since she was born.

Um, why do you have 1/2 human in your inheritance?

I believe that Cass is the unholy offspring of Astral and a Human. To that end I believe the finer details are still being worked out between Astral and Cass, so it will be Astral reviewing this character and what have you.

Because Astral said to. Hey Astral, can you possibly edit the photo you sent me? I'd like it transparent/invisible backgroud and the eyes to match the color of the dragon's form.

Whenever you're ready Astral, it's ready for review.

We're going to have to scrape illusions. And Astral is prolly going to have her travel with her. Certainly not going to ban her from NightWing territory nor leave her in EarthWing territory. With the exception of her prophet she has no connections to the EarthWings. And you would discover having a human form very quickly. That's like not realizing till you're six that you can jump up and down with your legs.
