Personality: This pair of half-hydras both tend to be troublesome pranksters, and, despite literally being together 24/7, Cyclone and Typhoon are quit different.

Of the two, Cyclone is more energetic and talkative. She tends to be quicker to action and more careless about what she does. Even with her more carefree nature, this young dragoness knows when it's time to be serious. Also, despite her more social personality, she's more easily offended or annoyed by people, and has some trouble understanding them.

In contrast to his sister, Typhoon is more of a quiet thinker. He prefers to plan things out, though he has trouble thinking on his feet. The drake tends to be more careful then his sister, though he will abandon this if he's mad enough. He also has an easier time reading people then his sister, and is a bit more thick skinned.

While the pair are different, they do have there similarities. Both have a pretty strong sense of right and wrong, and are more then willing to tell other. The two enjoy wading through water, though they can't swim. The pair hate being referred to as one dragon, and when others think they're either both males or females. They also have a slight trust of humans, since both their parents and there aunt were friends with two of them.
Fears: Both Cyclone and Typhoon have a fear of losing each other and those close to them, as they're biological family has mostly been killed. Cyclone is scared of swimming, while Typhoon is scared of legless, serpent-like dragons.
Strengths: Cyclone and Typhoon are able to combine their breath attacks into different types of attacks, which can often surprise an opponent, and the fact that they can attack separately can let them fight more then on opponent. They also have the same amount of magic stored in them as two separate dragons, meaning they hold their breath attacks out longer. As for individual strengths, Cyclone is a quick thinker, and can come up with multiple plans at once, while Typhoon is good at picking up on weaknesses. As they've grown, the twins have become more adapt at living a Nightwing's nocturnal lifestyle.
Weaknesses: Despite being good at coordinating, if you can get the two out of sync they will quickly mess each other up. In the event that one of the twin's heads is cut off, the other will have a hard time control their entire body. Cyclone can be easily tricked, due to her difficult with telling what people really want, and Typhoon is hardheaded. They also don't take being electrocuted very well. While they are able to work at night, they lack the Nightwings' night vision, making them less effective than their peers. The pair have also found themselves more conscious about their attached state.

General Appearance

Eyes: Cyclone: Red, Typhoon: Blue, Both: Eyes have an appearance similar to those of a Satanic Leaf Tail Gecko.
Appearance: The twins shared body is a bit longer then the average dragon, and supported by a two pairs of lizard-like legs. Along their spine and the sides of their tail are dark red, emu-like feathers. The feathers on their tail hide a pair of oak leaf shaped tail fins that run its length. These fin are only expanded when the pair either sleep or need the added maneuverability. The twins also have two pairs of wings. One pair is full sized while the other pair, which sits just behind the main set, are about half sized. The twins heads are perched on top of their long necks, which make up 2/3 of their height. Each twins head is different. While both have a spade shaped head and more feathers that come off the back of them, but that's where the similarities end. Cyclone has a pair of horn with two smaller spikes extending halfway up the main pair. She also has longer feathers. In contrast, Typhoon has two pairs of horn, with the longer pair being positioned between the shorter pair, which are 3/4 the length of the main pair. He also has a small, short sprig of feathers at the tip of his snout.

They also each have a leather collar with a Moonstone that their father made for them. Typhoon's is blue and worn on his wrist, and Cyclone's is purple and worn on her neck.

Skills and Abilities
Special Abilities: Both Cyclone and Typhoon are capable of producing a quarter-strength wind blade from their maws, and each has their own second breath. Cyclone is able to breath quarter strength fire while Typhoon can produce a flammable, poisonous mist. The pair can combine these breath attacks for different effects. They are:
A half strength wind attack.
Combining wind with either fire or poison.
Combining the fire and poison to produce a stronger flame and add poison to the burns.
Combine all three for a stronger attack, but this will drain them quickly.

They don't know it, but if one loses their head, it will grow back with their original personality. This process can take anywhere from 2 to 4 hours, depending one how much energy they have. This also weakens them for 24 hours.

The pair can also communicate without speaking, despite lacking any kind of mental link. They do this with small movements of their shared body, so someone who's perceptive enough could pick up on it.
Combat Style: The pair tend to be unpredictable, and give it all they've got. Cyclone generally takes charge early on, giving Typhoon time to find an opponent's weaknesses. If he finds it, he'll take the lead.

Background
History: The pair were raised in the center of Pyyria by their mother, a four headed hydra with a single mind, and and father, a dragon that claimed to be from a far of land and a devout follower of Astral. They also group up around their older brother, Storm. Their family was pretty surprised when the two hatched, with hydra's like Cyclone and Typhoon are rare and usually don't even hatch. After hatching, the pair had a fairly normal life, aside from other hatching often laughing at them and teasing them, and Storm ended up protecting them from these bullies. As the grew, the twin's parents became friends with a human who had saved the aunt before they were hatched. This human and his daughter taught the entire family a lot about humans, and their dislike of the way most humans treated dragons.

Then, not long ago, the family was attacked by a group of humans. These humans were aided by a snake-like Earthwing, and their leader had something against their aunt. The twins mother hide them and Storm quickly, but he left the pair alone to help. By the time they came out of hiding, the two found the parents and aunt slain, and their bother missing. Cyclone and Typhoon's human friends soon showed up and after a tense moment, they convinced the two to leave with them. The humans have now left as well, with the older of the two telling them it was the only safe way for them to find a new home.

After wandering around Pyyrai for months, the pair stumbled into Nightwing territory. While hunting, the two met a dragoness named Sting, who took Cyclone and Typhoon in as her own children. They loved their new home, but the monster invasion forced them to leave their new home for the Ebonwing Isles. Over the years, the pair have hit a growth spurt, reaching 30 feet tall and growing, and have developed into a more nocturnal lifestyle, like their fellow Nightwings. They have also decided, after a lot of debating and arguing, to become Guardian trainees. With The two have also begun to eye fellow dragons, but fear that they won't be accepted do to their... attachment.

Aight dude, Ill be to the point: yiu need to add a weakness or two, Id suggest something that wouldn't quite put you down but something that your weak to or maybe a very soft spot.

With the heads growi g back hiw long does that take? A few days, weeks, months?

Ok. So I added some weaknesses (Cyclone being easily tricked, Typhoon being stubborn, and both having a soft belly). For the time, anywhere from 2-4 hours, but they'll be weak for 24, and one will have trouble controlling the body while the other's head is growing back.
