Searching for Mama

The Tiny Fury sat under a tree, sniffling. Warm, salt-filled tears rolled down his face. His mother had not been at the den, and it was his fault. Aerouant had ventured off, like he usually did. His mother would have woken up around noon and went looking for him, like she usually did. And she would have returned at night, knowing Aerouant would be home a few minutes after. But this evening, Aerouant did not did not return. Monsoon was certain something had happened, so she left to find Aero. When the Hatchling came home the next morning, she was gone. The Tiny Fury spent most of the morning looking for her, with no luck. Now he sat and cried and wished his mother would find him.

As usual, the little Icewing was wondering around the mainland of Pyrria, avoiding places with harsh conditions where a tribe could reside and observing nature around himself. He wouldn't be around these parts if he had a home with his family to play with, but the hatchling wasn't alone as he has his feathered companion with his travels but he sorta wished that he could meet more friendly dragons...
When the icewing decided to sit under a tree to give his legs a rest, he spotted another hatchling sitting under a tree he was going to go to and he seems sad. The little Icewing doesn't want to leave him being upset so he should went over to him to ask him why he feeling sad and maybe try to cheer him up. As he slowly come closer to him, he was wondering if the hatchling was all alone like or he has lost his family, well if it was either of these situations, then the icewing can help him, if he can...
Once he had gotten to a distance that is close to the hatchling, he didn't want to say something yet as he believed he will scare the hatchling with his 'scary' voice so he just stand in the position and he waited for the hatchling to notice him once he had turned his head around. If the hatchling still didn't notice him, the icewing will crawl over to the tree where the hatchling is crying under and sit next to him...

Aerouant was still sniffling when he heard someone approach. Frightened, he scrambled to his paws and backed up, not realizing the creature was behind him... until he bumped into it. With a help, the Tiny Fury shot forward and behind the tree. For a few moments he coward there before peeking around the left side. The scary creature was a Dragon, mother Hatchling... well that's a relief.

Aerouant s!owly crept out from behind the tree. He looked at the Hatchling and the bird he had with him. He wiped his eyes and face with his paws as he sat back on his haunches, and tried to muster a coherent greeting. "H-H-Hi."

The young Icewing blinked when the hatchling bumped into him and ran behind the tree. He didn't give a negative thoughts about his actions, not many dragons would even notice that he was here due to his tiny size and quietness so he didn't really care that this happened. The bird on the Icewing's head chirped while the hatchling was hiding behind the tree, as it was having a private conversation with him and then it stopped chirping when the hatchling crept out and gave the Icewing a greeting. He replied back with a rather happy, delayed, "Hi!"

Now as he wasn't familiar with dragon language yet, he didn't want to ask him the question yet. Maybe when he gets more warmed up to the Hatchling, so he waits for the hatchling to say something first...
