Does anyone know any really good non Adicting Acid reflux meds to quell the acid. I every day have to take around 10 tums to hold it back but if I even forget one treatment I feel like im haveing a heart attack. And no it isn't my diet causeing it.

One tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and you will be set.
(Note, It burns a little at first, I'd take it with some water)

Have you tried soothing things like honey, yogurt.. Etc? Problem with meds is that they can cause issues, so maybe simpler more natural ways would work best.

Ive tried most of the traditional methods. It just gets to horrible without poping tums all day.

I'd suggest eliminating wheat and/or dairy from your diet. I used to have that too, and it turns out that I was allergic to wheat.
