Actually, the title would have sounded better as "I need staff to do stuff for me"...

Apparently it has already been done.
Just so you know this wasn't intended, someone has reactivated the option that specified new users had to be manually activated by an admin. The culprit shall have his head chopped off by Celestia (and no kidding that's her own words ^^)
