Combat rules second vote

Me and Ark have decided to make a second vote fore this in case you people have changed your minds and decided you don't want it. Here is a rough draft of what has been made so far.

I have a question, if all parties agree can their be a story based fight (meaning the winner is already decided. Example two dragons team up to defeat an npc likeke an ambushing rogue or monster created for the plot so the two player characters can bond or resolve.their differences or whatever?)

Absolutely in fact that is how I suggest most your fights go. It doesn't necessarily have to be decided before hand but communication with your opponent is important.
