Personality: As stubborn as a boulder without motivation, Nexus simply refused to die. Lacking proper burial rites, this dragon's soul never made it into the afterlife, and, in return, made it back to the empty husk that remained amongst the rocks and dust. What also remained was its hard-headed attitude; in life and in death, Nexus was always dedicated to a single ideal or norm with a reluctance to change. This straightforward mindset lead to reduced perception of right and wrong. Dedication was never an issue, but refusing to alter goals or the methods to reach these goals consistently caused problems. Without learning to adapt inside of a changing environment, Nexus was left as the fallen warrior in a fatal duel. Gasping for precious air, his mind boiled in a cauldron of his own emotions, brewing a final triumph of persistence over the cycles of life. Upon hitting the wall of a weary road, many would simply lie down in defeat, but Nexus is one of the few who attempted to pick up the pieces and begin again. Such is his stubborn will.
Interests: Nexus was born a competitor and reborn as a fighter. Interests include dueling, friendly competition, and sharing stories of victory.
Dislikes: Vegetables and holy water. Despises milk-drinkers.
Fears: Crusaders and heavenly power.

General Appearance
Height: 90 ft.
Scales: Red scales that have somewhat tarnished to a slight rust-brown due to deterioration. The scales overlap in a rigid, but firm, pattern that provides decent against-the-grain protection from wear and tear.
Eyes: Eyes are hollow-black except for a luminescent, unwavering light that signifies the pupil.
Appearance: Quadruped, with two wings. Refined, bulky stature, but definite signs of an aging process due to undead nature. Flaps of wings have been reduced, rendering flight difficult, but not impossible. Adamant bone structure, however, retains a solid format to the head, shoulders, spine, and tail. Arms, hind legs, and dorsal body are defined by battle-hardened muscle arrangement. Claws are sharp and as hard as bone. Entire body is stalwart, but only compromises swiftness in a minimal fashion.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: A tough fighter with years of experience, some of which has been forgotten. Stubborn and headstrong, but not as inattentive as he may appear.
Special Abilities: Necrotic Breath: In place of elemental breath attacks used by other dragons, Nexus has a noxious breath attack that gradually saps the health of the target. No reanimation qualities, but the sap status is inflicted and persists until the battle is over.
              -Attribute- Blood Price: Nexus can only recover abilities and heal using the life force of other creatures. Any other form of healing will damage Nexus.
Weaknesses: Undead nature gives the attribute of not being able to be healed by normal methods. Furthermore, standard healing abilities and actions will damage Nexus rather than help him. In addition, any form of holy light or power can severely wound and blind him.
Combat Style: Years of training have allowed Nexus to use strong bite and claw techniques, but being returned from the dead has greatly slowed down his attacks. A firm stance provides good defense and decent reach, but lacks an advantage against swift opponents.

Background
History: The end of a long Firewing lineage, Nexus strove to be one of the most challenging fighters the world has ever seen... But, after a decisive battle fueled by a hint of arrogance and a strike of passion, Nexus was slain, relinquishing him of the pursuit of that title. However, that title only outlasted him temporarily as he strives for championship once more after escaping the clutches of death. Now left to wander with a sole purpose of becoming stronger, he soon vows to follow a greater meaning, one that will lead into history with legends of conquest and triumph.
RP Sample: A soft wind followed the star-filled night sky. Along a field of plains, the wind sent ripples down the grass and shrubs. In the distance, a faint glow raised from the waves of dark green. With slow measure, a shape straightened upwards with the soft glow just above a crooked maw, making sharp 'cricks' and 'cracks' in the silent night. The glow turned, for a moment, in a different direction as the shaded shape followed. The shadow move further away, along a lonesome road, into the unknown.

Interesting idea but he seems more like a nightwing, but his breath attack seems a bit op, I would suggest adding some weaknesses to it like timers or limits to draining.

Yes sir.  Removed the reanimation quality from the breath attack in Special Abilities.
