Staff Update - Cele taking a break

First things first, Congrats for Cosmos for making Administrator its always nice to have one of our old members to be promoted XD.

Another announcement is that Cele is taking a break, for around 2 months due to stress. You can guess what, so I'm just making this short. Yes some changes are hard to accept and some of you feel that your voice isn't being heard, but your forgetting what Cele has done to help the site. She puts most of her free time into the site, trying to improve roleplay and the sites function. Yeah I understand that sometimes the changes aren't good, but I think in the future we should talk more about plots and plan these out. So guys please remember, the staff here do listen and we aim to help the site and make a more interesting place for you guys to enjoy.

So for me can you give her a break, I understand your complaints but sometimes its too much. This only causes stress and problems for issues which can easily be fixed without much effort.

I don't hold it against cele for taking a break she deserves one.

I wasn't going at her! Why does everybody think this. I was suggesting that we have a site wide vote. I really hope she doesn't think I was stabbing at her. :/

There's definitively nothing worse than drama, and this one went quite far. Let's hope people will calm down by the time Celestia will come back...

I think Cele deserves it.
She's one of the longest active members, and has arguably the most impact on the site recently.
I can fully respect this decision, and I hope things will have calmed down for her when she comes back.

She has been working long and hard to keep this website up and stable, she stays up late, once I saw her on at 10 am on a weekend(in britain), and when I did the math, it was 2 am for her! I know you guys love her and all, but she needs rest.

It kind of bugs me to hear that she "deserves" a break. It means things have been getting so bad lately that an activity that should be relaxing ended up becoming something that put a stress on her. Really shows how bad all this story has gone...
So yeah enjoy your break ^^

I'm sorry if I sounded rude, but I just thought that somebody who put so much work and time, along with energy into this site needs time to relax.... I didn't want to sound like some terrible person or anything like that.

No no no there's nothing wrong with what you said or what everybody said. I'm just meaning that yes, she does deserve a break, but it's really a shame we are in a situation in which we are saying someone deserves a break from something supposed to be fun and relaxing

True, but being an admin isn't easy stuff. Its a lot of work and responsibility. So that's why I thought she needed a break. ^w^
