Skywing plot Poll!

Here is a poll for some plot ideas for Skywings! Please vote! If you have more ideas comment and I'll add them

I'm in for the floating islands. Actually I'm more or less finished with the idea I had, I have only a few details to plot. I've been busy this last week, that's why I haven't finished yet.

I don't see why any of these have to be mutually exclusive. Why couldn't there be a god that potentially destroys the existence of a magical presence that allows these islands to float in the first place. This could be a god of destruction who decided to act autonomously from the rest of the gods, meaning there would only be a singular initial antagonist. Now let us assume that there is an existence that is as airborne as dragons are (the options are incredibly diverse, from a tribe of griffons to a group of Phoenix's). Now, this group of different existences takes the chance to raid the defenseless Sky Wings and claims ownership of the sky because they perhaps have a floating fortress that is able to move? Now, for the Sky Wings a race against the enemy tribe that invaded their territory and the god of destruction that destroyed the energy that allows the islands to fly.

Of course there would need to be a reason for the god of destruction to make such and attack on specifically the sky wing tribe. My idea would be that the god of destruction wants to use the stolen/acquired energy for some greater scheme against someone else, or perhaps to elevate himself above the other god. This would tie in to some universe wide impacting plot that could be a start of some greater string of events that even tie in other dragon tribes.

That's just my idea of a meaningful plot from the situations you have given above. Thoughts?

Volas - to your first questions its because I don't want it to be too complicated. I feel that involving all three of these decisions would be very hard. I will involve Griffins and/or Phoenixs attacking if I get permission from Celestia and the other staff members! Also it would be practically impossible for the Skywings to fight off a god of destruction who is immortal and enemies with such low numbers at the moment. I want to stick with one plot because with all those combined it would also pretty much cause a site wide plot cause others would have to be involved to help the Skywings to defeat this force. Maybe bring this idea forth to the staff and see what they think but for now I am looking for a mini-ish plot

I was basically just spitballing all of my thoughts revolving around the three main ideas and jumbled them into one large coherent post. But you can pick apart just about any aspect of what I wrote and take it as it stands.

Par example: A different group of existences causing the Islands to fall and attacking the Sky Wings because of an ancient feud.

Or, a different group of sky inhabitants attacking the Sky Wings to win the favor of a god of destruction.

Other than that, if you really only want a singular string of events, the idea of a god getting involved with the Sky Wings sounds quite appealing to me. Considering the site is incredibly focused and centered around all this "god" Business, I don't see why that shouldn't be incorporated in a plot that incorporates the Sky Wings.

My idea basically used two of the three things. I have yet to make it a bit more coherent, when I'll get some time I'll PM you Wayra. Just know it's mostly going to be investigation, like in a Cluedo game (maybe not the best image but you got it).

I voted for the first one, even if the 3 options can be combined
