Treaty of The Republic, Embassies being Built on Pyyria! [Leaders/Ambassadors Only]

Flashes upon flashes of Light in the ice wing kingdom. Unarmed RNU Soldiers walked about in the snow with three snowelves dressed in suits stood looking about [Snow elves are tall very very pale white humans with blue eyes and blonde to black hair] these were ambassadors with six soldiers guarding them. One carried a brief case and wore circular glasses,he had short clean cut blonde hair and wore a black ironed suit with the RNU flag pin on his left side of his chest on the suit. He looked at the guard wearing a full black and blue helmet "Invite our Hosts to our location.." The ambassador said in Valkyrieares. [the language in the RNU] The Armored troop nodded and pulled out a flare gun with the other six and fired all at once..6 red balls of light zoomed into the air spinning in a circle before exploding way high in the sky. High enough for almost everyone to see as these flares were specially designed for cities to see far apart from each other. They reloaded and fired another. The Guard captain then nodded. The ambassadors waited.

Phantom spotted the flare, and her eyes narrowed. It was time, wasn't it? She lifted off of her throne, and dropped down from the castle in the heavens, quickly. She spread her wings, and slowed her descent. She pointed in the direction of the flares, and zoomed at it at top speed. She landed lightly, bowing her head politely at the RNU soldiers. "Welcome," she said. "Is it time?"


Gemini stiffened at the sight of the flares, and said something to the guards. They nodded, and she headed out of the kingdom. She took three bounds, then leaped up into the sky, flapping her wings powerfully. She quickly headed towards it, and landed next to the Goddess of Magic. "Hey," she said casually.

Avian waited close to the borders of the FireWings Territory, awaiting the signal from the RNU. Dressed for the occasion, Avian was wearing a brown coat, made from the carcasses of hunted animals, as well their fur, perfectly imitating a winter coat. As the flares flew into the sky, the signal was given, and Avian vanished from his spot, rushing towards the location of the flare's point fired from. It was not long before he arrived in the IceWing territory after running and flying across the terrain. As the approached the group of RNU Infantry and Snow Elves, he saluted, uttering the words "Dobro Pozhalovat'!" as a greeting. "I am Ptichiy Posledniy, know as Avian Ultima, Lieutenant of the FireWings in the land of Pyyria, and have come here on agreement to a treaty." He ended his salute and stood down, awaiting for the response of their commanding officer, as well as the other Diplomats to arrive.

Arcke realized their queen Kokoro was absent, so he went as the position of ambassador for the SkyWings, since he was the closest SkyWing too he can make it there faster and with his multi personas it will work!

SnowFall was at the front of her palace and she saw Phantom, Gemini, Avian, Arcke, and Oceana all heading towards her palace. "Good, they all saw the flare." She hurried down the palace to greet them. "Welcome guys! Come on in."

Oceana noticing the flare hurried and left. She swam fast through the seas and finally was on the beach. She hurried and flew towards the IceWing palace. Everyone was almost there. There still needed a EarthWing. She dipped her head towards the IceWing queen. "I'm here, for SeaWings."

I am Arcke, I represent the SkyWings as our queen Kokoro is absent for this event Arcke said

The Guards got at attention and atease upon arrival of the ambassadors and dragon representatives. The Ambassador in the middle smiled and the three bowed formally. The middle one looked up at Phantom and the rest "Ambassadors. We are most pleased to meet you, it is a honor to be at your presence." He said with a smile "I Am Ambassador Rai'jiel. My co-ambassadors." Rai'jiel said motioning to the two middle aged looking snowelves in which they bowed. Rai'jiel motioned to his left "Ambassador Jarie and Ambassador Faelong." And his right in which he introduced the two ambassadors. Rai'jiel had pulled out a silver pill shaped container as he unscrewed the lid and poured out a tar like substance onto the snow, the tar then moved and shaped into a large rectangular black table before turning into pure grey metal. The ambassador smiled and set the briefcase on the table opening it up "We have arranged here today to request of you all a treaty of everlasting peace and prosperity. The Republic of Nightclaw union also requests that we be able to construct embassies in your...7 Kingdoms, these embassies will grant special training diverse by your different species of dragon. We only wish to improve your way of life." Rai'jiel said with a smile, pulling out the treaty and setting it on the table, turning it around to face them, it was already stamped and signed by the emperor. The ambassador set a golden pen on the table "The Emperor could not join us today unfortunately...I'm sure he would have been happy to meet you all." Ambassador Rai'jiel said. "All we need now is your permission, Goddess...And all your representatives' signature aswell as yours." he said

Phantom nodded slowly. "Ok," she agreed. "We can all sign it." She picked up the pen, and glanced at the paper. "But first, what type of training will you give our tribes? Are they all different trainings specially for each tribe's abilities? Or are they the same? I need to know that first before we continue on."

Arcke agreed with phantom, he was a little suspicious as why The Lord can't be at this special event, so he let the other tribes go first

Ambassador Rai'jiel looked at phantom "Yes. Each tribe will receive different training based on the species. For example: Your Firewings will receive pyrotechnics and aerial raid aswell as Flame torching based training. The skywings will be trained in dog fighting, the Icewings in camoflauge and surprise attack, etc...The embassy commander will explain more on each training and techniques. Though we will pay for building said structures." Rai'jiel said motioning his arm to Faelong in which he set his briefcase down and opening it showing them the 265 million Neros inside. This is was their money which was worth way more then american dollars. [which didn't exist at the time]

"Ah, interesting as it is, Ambassador, but will all do respect, Ambassador Rai'jiel, we do not use this form of currency, instead, we use a system of barter, trading materials and food supplies for services and other goods." Avian replied to his offer while he turned and looked in Phantom's direction, then looked back to Rai'jiel he attempts to maintain respect. "Yet, the choice... is up to our Goddess of Mana and Magic...." he said as he crosses his arms and shuts his eyes, ending his sentence with a sigh.

"But-" he said as he opened his eyes again, "how about we instead trade resources? We allow you access to our land for your constructions, while you supply each individual tribe with materials for our own construction and development. In return, we'll provide aid in defending your bases here, but as well as your world under certain conditions." Avian tried to make a counter proposal to the RNU diplomatic forces in order for everyone in Pyyria to be benefited by this treaty, hopefully it will be successful, but the acceptance and decline options were the choices of Phantom, as she was the Head of all of them at the present situation.

The member of the other tribes entered SnowFall's palace. They all settled down and listened to the ambassadors. Phantom was asking questions, confirming some stuff and all that. Hmm.. I'm gonna think in my head for a while and listene in of what everyone is gonna say." Snow listened intently and made sure that the people were making the right decisons.

Oceana went in with the rest of the group. "This is a cool ice palace" The sea dragon had never been into the palce before; it was her first time. She got settled into her chair. "I'm glad that you will be providing us some different training. But like Avian said, we don't use currency, Ambassador. Oceana told him respectfully.

Arcke thought "Dog fighting? What about speed and agility to do things...?" Arcke thought a little more suspicious, he observed things further

Cosmos arrived a little late at the little meeting of Tribe leader and embassies. Knowing that his scales change depending on the climate and/or surroundings, his scales with a pale golden colors, a streak of blue replacing the original green that was there in his kingdom's surroundings. He peeked upwards, smoke from the apparent flares sent off by someone still there but slowly spreading out. He unintentionally made his presence obvious, a somewhere around 500 Ft Tall dragon shouldn't be hard to miss. He stared down on what appeared to be soldiers, most of which staring at him. He saw all the embassies and leaders, what a fun little pow wow. He lowered his head and neck, keeping his distance to not get in everyone's comfort zone. Cosmos said nothing, he jumped in the word dog fighting, or something like that.

"Sorry I'm late, everyone," a familiar voice rang through the air as Korramyr suddenly materialized from a plume of colored smoke. It had been a while since he ha d really been seen at all, and suddenly Korramyr was there, dressed fancy-like for the occasion. That is, if you can call a black tuxedo top and nothing else fancy. "I was taking a nap," he explained as he approached the group, looking around. Some faces he recognized, others not so much. He spoke to the nearest dragon, which happened to be Gemini, "Hey, mind filling me in on what's happening? Sorry I've been gone," he said rather casually, a somewhat weary look in his eyes due to the fact he had woken up minutes before he arrived.

Kokoro finally returned from her trip. Sighing from exhaustion, she trotted into the Cloud Castle and tilted her head as if something were wrong. Glancing around, she noticed no one greeted her and her friend Arcke wasnt even around. She was really confused, what did she miss? Koko was only gone for about a couple days. Being as tired as she was, she wanted to sleep and collapse onto her trusty cloud. However, she really didnt feel as if something was right. Deciding to check up on the other Kings and Queens, Kokoro left her castle, heading towards the land below.

Arcke asked to be excused for a minute then he flew into the sky and flashed a flow of colours signalling Kokoro his location once noticing she was back with his increased senses, hopefully brining his queen here

Kokoro stopped abruptly, and eyed Arcke suspiciously. "Hey Arcke! Wait up!" She flew swiftly to him and asked, "Whats going on? Whats happening here?" She was really confused and hoped he could help. There was no one like him that was always up to date...well, no one that she knew was like Arcke.

while on your trip the tribes has to sign a treaty for the RNU to operate on our lands and will give us supplies,etc. if we allow them to build on our lands, each tribe trains in separate subjects, SKYWINGS is dog fighting, I came here as a representative, wanna take the spotlight for the SkyWings? arcke said giving the important details, then he lead you to the treaty paper

but their lord can't be here today, I've called it off as suspicious so I've been watching for awhile, it's your choice of what to do now my queen

Koko nodded her head, "Oh, alright." She responded before they entered the area where all the other Queen and Kings were held up. They are sat around the familiar RNU soldiers that she really disliked and wanted to murder. Though, she couldnt do such a heartless act in front of everyone else. Especially since a dragon Goddess was here. Shaking her head of her thoughts, Koko was brought upon the treaty that bound her tribe and the RNU together. She couldnt sign anything now, not yet atleast. She just got back from her trip, and she didnt quite understand what she would be putting her tribe through.

SnowFall was listening in the group of ambassadors and leaders. Then two late people joined the group. It was the SeaWing leader Korramyr, and the EarthWing king Cosmos. She greeted them, "Hello Cosmos and Korramyr. Oceana took your spot for part of this meeting since she noticed that you weren't avaliable. Just to let you know Korramyr." Then Arcke left the group to look for her queen. He came back with Kokoro.

Oceana was listening and saw her king, Korramyr, came. She dipped her head and said, "Hello Korramyr. How are you? Come join us!"

Darksun arrived after Gemini. He quickly greeted the other dragons and politely saluted the RNU's embassy. He was the NightWings ambassador assigned to partecipate at the diplomatic meeting with the RNU, the public number one enemy of Pyyria. The sudden dichiarations of the RNU to start a peace negotation has made him suspicious. Was it a trap? How could he trust these reptilian guys that have almost devastated the SkyWing kingdom, enslaved and killed several dragons, invaded Pyyria with the only purpose to exterminate any form of life. DarkSun was also surprised that the dragons around looked to have already forgotten the devastations caused by the RNU. The majority of them was even aggring about to sign up a treaty. DarkSun gave voice to his thoughts with a calm and very respectful behaviour. "So you're offering us a everlasting peace and a deal that will allow you to build your embassies in our territories to offer special trainings to our dragons." He did a little summary. "However I remember that you have attempted to destroy our kingdoms, conquer Pyrria and subjugate the dragon race. Now, all of sudden, you have changed your mind? I think we need three additional conditions: first, you can't bring with you armed units, weapons, machines or other devices. Secondly, you can't build your machines or devices in our territories. Thirdly, your embassies must be builded on the territories borders, far away from the cities. In exchange, the dragons will protect your bases. Another thing: You have said you would like to build an embassy for every kingdom. You need the permission not only from Phantom, but also from the single tribe leaders. Some of them would not agree to have a RNU base in their territories. Just to clarify that." DarkSun explained. He couldn't certainly forget the massacres caused by the RNU and the other dragons probably thought the same thing. The RNU were infamous to have enslaved and killed dragons and they were known for their very powerful and destructive armament. Also, they were able to bring massive armies from the future through portals and the RNU techonology was very advanced and dangerous. A deal with the RNU was very delicate affair. Too many lives have been lost and it was hard to believe the RNU has become pacific. DarkSun wished the RNU has truly become a peaceful race, but he had his doubts. "Also, You have asked us to bring all our leaders and even dragon Gods. However you haven't brought your Emperor." That was another sign the RNU were probably hiding their true intentions. "I believe a treaty can't be concluded in this moment. The dragons should meet and know the RNU leader first." DarkSun would say the RNU have showed a disrespectful behaviour. All the tribe leaders have left their kingdoms unprotected in order to join this meeting. The RNU, on their side, didn't care to bring their leader. The bronze dragon was really suspicious now, but he kept all his concerns for himself. Outside there was a very controlled and quiet dragon that was simply negotiating with a deferential attitude. DarkSun patiently waited for answers with a composed posture. It was normal that he had his suspects afterall, considering all the troubles the RNU has caused.

Sleenia finally moved from her position, she was unnoticed until she made a step foward, raising her neck and looking with a serious expression at the 'old enemy'
She went there alone, for now, because she didn't wnted to left her lands uncovered, and even if it was a risk to come in there alone she thought it was the best option.
More important dhe was very suspicious and didn't felt okay to give trust, since this looked like a trap, so she spoke with a calm and strong voice beside her kind look, in her eyes there was a severe expression because of the gravity of the situation,
"I agree with the Healer of the nightwing tribe, DarkSun" she said givin him importance and nodding "why there are all the tribe's leaders, and non yours? we need to see and speak with him before to take a decision...a neutral conversation..." she explaine looking also at the other dragons and then she focused again on him "and most important, Who can guarantee us that this is the truth after what happened? I have been hunted too, so you can well understand that it is difficult to believe such a proposal after the recent events" she concluded.
Even if a part of her would have liked to believe it, she was still in alert, and she was using a part of her powers to sense any feeling and go in contact with the environment*

SnowFall was listening to everyone ask questions to the RNU. It was true that they were being suspicious; she could feel it. However, the queen stayed quiet. Snow also knew that she couldn't sign until she made the right decisions. Snow had promised to her tribe that she would try to never make the wrong decisions. She was now thinking of what the RNU people was thinking. "Where is their leader? Are they thinking that the tribe leaders will immediatly sign it?"
The leaders now waited for the RNU to give their answer.

The RNU ambassadors agreed with Avian on his barter ship, the second ambassador; Faelong grabbed the suitcase and locked it up before carrying it once more. Rai'jiel nodded with a smile "We accept your barter offer and will supply your kingdoms with the finest necessities your dragons need." Rai'jiel smiled with the bow of his head. Then seeing another dragon arrive the ambassador's gasped and backed up, one tripping at the sight of cosmos...The huge huge dragon, the guards got infront of them "What is this? They're war machine!" The RNU captain exclaimed in Valkyrieares in which the dragon's didn't understand...Ambassador Rai'jiel motioned his hand "Stand down, the dragon poses no threat....Remember we are on a different world much different from ours..." Ambassador Rai'jiel said the captain nodding and getting the troops back into position. Ambassador Rai'jiel smiled "Forgive the captain..We were startled by your great dragon in which is much bigger then all valkyrian dragons back home.." The Ambassador confirmed. Shortly after they seen a tiny one, the ambassadors were amazed and shocked, Ambassador Jarie leaned to his left "..That's a dragon?" Jarie said in valkyrian, Faelong nodded with wide eyes. They looked at Kokoro and whispered amongst themselves. Ambassador Rai'jiel however resumed the important matters at hand. Upon arrival of Darksun the ambassadors listened Jarie seemed agitated by the words "..He's rude..." The ambassador said in their language which once again no one but them would understand. Ambassador Faelong nodded slightly glaring at Rai'jiel "He makes demands and he is not the leader of their tribe. What insolence!" Faelong said in Valkyrieares with a scoff, straightening his suit. Rai'jiel, the elderly almost one shook his head with a sigh "..Calm yourselves! We are here to make terms of peace. They simply do not trust us for they do not know what's been happening back home..." Rai'jiel responded in their language. Rai'jiel then smiled at the dragons in a professional and friendly manner. "We are sorry, the emperor did has his duties as we are in a crisis and tension with another nation. The Emperor also felt it would be rude if he came, for as your friend here said. You do not want armed troops, he did not wish to bring the entire army to your home. However the emperor did say if you wish to meet him, you will have to come with us to our planet...Convoy's would protect your leaders. As for your demands, such things will prevent training for your dragons; We understand your privacy and self security. Though we have ours aswell, we need armed soldiers on the embassies to protect our citizens on this world. Weapons are also necessary for training your people." The ambassador clarified. Adjusting his glasses Rai'jiel began to speak again "The Republic is deeply in regrets for past conflicts, however we are under new order now...A revolution and civil war among our country took place. Dragons are our greatest friend and strongest ally. If you wish to see our valkyrian dragon generals i can have my captain invite them unarmed to verify my words." The Ambassador said with a smile, before bowing slightly.
