The Hatchling in The Snow (Open)
One fine frozen day in the Icewing territory, there was a small, white, basicy scaleless hatchling. It was wandering alone throughout the woods, with it's parents nowhere in sight. As the small one wandered, it tripped on a rock and face planted into the snow. A wolf pup saw the movement of the hatchling and began barking, which lead its siblings and the mother wolf to it's location. All of pups simply sniffed the hatchling, while the debated whether to make a meal of it or not. But where are the hatchling's parents?

Re: The Hatchling in The Snow (Open)
Half buried in the snow, the Icewing Guardian Snowblaze waited for a meal to wonder by. The Icewings needed more food, so everyone who could was trying to find prey. The hybrid stayed still until she heard something hit the snow. Then a bark. She smiled, maybe some prey she could swipe from some wolves. She lifted up from the snow, revealing her flame scales, and slowly walked towards the sound. She was surprised to see a little hatchling with some wolves surrounding it. Snowblaze growled before letting out a resonating call (Call here) and quickly walked over once she had scared the wolves away to check if the hatchling was ok.

Re: The Hatchling in The Snow (Open)
The wolf pups, after they heard Snowblaze's call and or roar, ran back back to their mother, whom had began running away. Meanwhile, Snowball was flailing, due to the call. It honestly scared the hatchling, especially due to her not being able to see what made the sound. She did eventually stop flailing, as it made her quite tired. So she just kinda sat there with her face in the snow...

Snowblaze watched for a second as the tiny hatchling flailed around. Heck, she was 65 ft tall, while the ball of scales she say couldn't be more than a foot. Really, she couldn't help but smile as her mind went to its emotional side. She took her forepaws and carefully lifted the hatchling out of the snow, holding the tiny dragon in the palms of her paws. She could tell it was a dragoness, and soon spoke with a calm, loving voice.
"Well hello their little 'ness. And who might you be?"

Once she stopped feeling wolf pups stop sniffing her, Snowball was not expecting to be lifted out of the snow and be held by a bigger dragon. For a few minutes, she simply stared at Snowblaze, though she did eventually answer in a cute, little, but not annoying voice.
"Hello, I'm Snowball!"
"Hello, I'm Snowball!"

Snowblaze simply stared back at the hatchling, waiting for her response. The hatchling then answered, bringing a little smile to the guardian's face. She then answered back calmly, but with some excitement in her voice.
"Funny. My name's Snowblaze." A thought then hit the oddly built dragoness. Where were Snowball's parents? Snowblaze gave the little dragon a concerned look before speaking a bit more frankly, though keeping her brain from switching for the time being.
"You know, it's dangerous to be out here alone. Where are your parents?"

Snowball looked up at Snowblaze and tilted her little head. To be honest, she just wandered off from... Somewhere. She couldn't recall the last time she even saw her parents, or even if she had any.
"I don't know where my parents are..." Snowball seemed sad, but was mostly confused. It didn't seem so dangerous outside to her. The only thing that she had even determined to be dangerous was rocks.

Snowblaze gave the hatchling a worried look. The guardian looked around, hoping to see some adult dragons nearby. When she didn't see anythin, the ness looked back at Snowball. "Well... What do they look like?"

Re: The Hatchling in The Snow (Open)
In the deep snow covered lands of the Icewing territory, a sub rouge was digging its way past the area, staying hidden in the snow. Her scales blended perfectly like this.
But, she wasn't a Icewing. She was more of a Rainwing with almost no colors. Or so she thought. She really didn't know what type of creature she was, other than being a teenaged dragon of sorts.
Poking her snout out, she could see two Icewings having small talk. A lost hatchling and a somewhat worried adult.
Oh boy..
Maybe she could pass them and get on over with making it to the forest. Just maybe. Albino did look somewhat like a Icewing, but her rouge scent might give it all away.
She continued to look at the two Icewings, waiting for the moment to sneak pass them.

Snowball thought about it for a minute before she answered. "My mother is a shade of blue, and my father... I never met him..." One wouldn't be too far off in assuming that the hatchling has been away from her parents for a while.

The female shivered, her frozen breathes disappearing from the air during each one. She raised half of her body out of the snow and started to slowly crept pass them, her pure white figure crouching in a snake like motion.
She heard that Icewings can walk on snow without messing it up. Or walk on deep snow, where Icewings can't sink in the white stuff.
Those were just rumors that she heard of. She didn't have a clue if they were true or not.

Snowblaze frowned a bit as she heard what the hatchling said, calmly asking "Snowball, how long has it been since you've seen your parents?" She then picked up a new scent. The dragoness turned her head, seeing the probably teen age dragon trying to sneak by. Snowblaze tilted her head, her mind switching to be more intelligent, and speaking to her with a monotone voice.
"Well hello there."
"Well hello there."

Albino's ears perked, looking at the adult with caution.
"Hello there.." She politely replied with a somewhat nervous look. She tried to not shiver, her scales closed shut as a natural instinct to stay warm.
She fiddled with the neck armor around her neck, which was beginning to feel a bit tight. She had the piece of metal ever since she was a hatchling.
"What's the matter with the hatchling?" She'd ask, trying to start up a conversation.

Snowball sighed, then looked at the other dragon before looking back at Snowblaze and answering her question. "I don't know when I last saw them..."

Snowblaze looked at Albino, then to Snowball. Her mind switched back to being emotional as she sighed.
"She can't find her family, young one. Snowball... how long have you been lost?"

Snowball thought about the question for a few minutes, then shrugged as best as a hatching can shrug.
"I don't know, maybe a few days...?"

(Gah! Thought I switched accounts.)
Snowblaze gave little Snowball a worried look. A few days and no one's come for her yet. This... this wan't good. Her mother would've been search for her if.... No. There was a chance she was still alive. The hybrid lifted her head to look around, listening for anyone else.
"What way did you come from? Maybe your mother is that way."

She looked around at the area. It all looked the same to her. So much snow...

Re: The Hatchling in The Snow (Open)
Snowblaze sighed, more out of understanding of what the hatchling was going through. She never new her parents, at least not her "real" ones. Her mind shifted to being cold and calculating.
"Snowball.... I'm afraid.... I can't find them. I just.... I don't have enough to go on."
