The black dragoness stared up at the star filled sky. Thinking. She didn't really know what she was thinking about, she was just... thinking. She sat in her normal spot on the tree, her tail draped over the branch. She was lying down, her fore paws crossed. Her eyes reflected the light of the moon. She lost her self in the starts, mentally connecting them to make them into star figures. She paused and climbed higher into the tree. higher and higher and higher until she broke through the canopy. she laid on her back and stared up at the stars.

Shade flew through the night his dark scales blending in with the darkness perfectly.His body exhausted from a long day of work.As he scanned the area on this cool day he noticed something about 2 meters off from his location.It was soul staring into the sky as she hung in a tree.''What is she doing here,'' he thinks to himself as he positioned himself to dip down adjusting the angle of his decent so he would not smash into the tree below him which would probably attract attention that he did not want to deal with.He then silently lands on the branch next to her shyly tapping her shoulder.''H-hey soul'' he says shyly.

"Hmm? Oh! Hi Shade!" Soul sat up and smiled. "So, what brings you here? I was just stargazing." She looked back up at the stars and sighed happily."Aren't they beautiful? Thry stares of course..." She scooted a bit closer to Shade and leaned on him. A brisk breeze blew through the trees. The crickets chirped, The leaves rustled, and the wind whispered. This was the song of the forest.
