Equipment: Harpoons, fishing rods, javelins that are 3 ft long (she carries 3-5 of each at any time, unless in combat. That is unpredictable), assorted air tanks (has 3, using all amount to about 10 minutes underwater), weights to keep in shape, a crossbow for firing harpoons/spears underwater, other various and trivial equipment related to the ocean (maps, a compass, an extra sail, a boat repair "kit")
Combat Style: Keeps her distance by throwing and striking with her various lance-like weapons.

Background
History: Born in Brysur, Agatha dreamt of becoming an explorer. Kicked out by her mother and her brother at the age of 14, she wandered around for two years before being taken in by a couple dragonslayers, who later came to be known as the Seven Slayers. Each dragonslayer specializes in a single tribe. Agatha specializes in SeaWings,  as she was born by the sea, learning how to sail and fish and etc. as a child.

Keep in mind that we're in the medieval era, so what are these air tanks made of and how do they work?

They are made out of waterproofed wood, with a little wood "cord" that makes it so that you can take a breath underwater. There is also a little cover that can be slid in and out on the cord, right at the top to seal it, minimizing air loss.

Okay. Now for the sake of combat, how many harpoons and javelins does she carry? How big are they, how far can she throw them?

She carries about 3-5 of each at one time, they are about 3 feet long, and she can throw them about 150 ft above ground and can get them to pierce dragon skin from about 20-25 ft away underwater.

Hm. But can she throw them hard nough to actually be able to travel fast enough through water to pierce a dragons's hide without using a crossbow or something? Even a SeaWing's scales would be tough enough to repel them.

Okay. You still need to add more details to your equipment; how many of each item you carry at one time, the size of the javelins and harpoons, and what exactly the "various and trivial equipment related to the ocean" are. Also, how long can she be underwater with the air tank?

About 10 minutes.

Instead of saying they last a bit less than 3.5 minutes, why don't you just say she can stay underwater for ten minutes total if she uses all three air tanks.

So when you use the air tanks you put weights in the backpack thing. How far down can she go?

Well it's kinda obvious she'd end up with less during combat. Anyway, this is approved!
