Personality: Machhias is a nearly insane dragon, always yelling or shouting when speaking unless on a stealth mission. Almost always, you will see him acting first and asking questions later, and sometimes even tries to start fights or arguments. Despite all this, he has a thoughtful side that is rarely ever seen.

Strengths: Fast and nimble, in extremely good shape and is very strong for his size, extremely unpredictable
Weaknesses: Very small, bad for morale when in a group, on the very brink of insanity

Appearance: General appearance: Machhias has an extremely long tail (15 ft), very large wings (20 ft wingspan), 8-inch claws, teeth sharpened to a point. Armor: Has thick, custom tailored armor with a helmet covering the head down to the muzzle, covering the back, the wings, with sharp spikes on the top of the wings, and the tail, with a very sharp sword at the end.

Special Abilities:
Electric Charge: Machhias is constantly charged with enough electricity to cause serious damage to anyone or anything within a very close proximity (about 2 ft). Especially potent in the talons, tips of the wings and end of the tail. Due to the nature of this ability, this works better against opponents close to the same size (noticeable differance at 40 ft)
Combat Style: To get up close and personal, very fast.

Background
History: Machhias was born into an average SkyWing family that disappeared when he was at the age of 7. Waking up discovering that they were gone, he decided to train to be a guardian. The trainer was mean, and wouldn't let him go hunt most days, leading to malnourishment and his short height. The training was very rigorous: demanding, exhausting, and sometimes cruel. The comfort though is that the hunting was very good around the training area. After he became noticeably smaller for his age, he started to get insulted and the insults of his size as well as his mysterious family pushed him to his current mental state. After being deemed fit for the duty of guardian at the age of 16, he was assigned with the unruly lands of the SkyWing territory, as he would most likely do the least undeserved damage there.

I see, but unless he's got stunted growth, I don't see how he would still be only 5ft at an adult age, unless that's just for now and you plan on making him bigger later and/or you don't consider him to be an adult yet. Still, that would be small for a teen, too.

Maybe. I made him that small because his ability can work wonders in close combat, but would get balanced out by his small size, as it would be less effective.

Yeah but he doesn't need to be that small for his ability to be effective in combat and if his size also makes the ability less effective, why have it?

About three days average (longest would be twelve) and usually once a week to (if Machhias is lucky) once a month, sometimes.
