The Order of Starlights, The Crown of the Nebula, and The Sky Throne
Overview: O Seirá tou Astrofengiés, a merged alliance of both Light and Sky Wings, is a rather peaceful and hospital faction of dragons (so they call it). It is named "The Order of Starlights" mainly because of the brightest starlights that shone the night of the alliance. Attor, the Alpha, or new king, of the SkyWings alliance thought of the name due to the starry sskies during the treaty but also in memory of his deceased wife and his daughters fondness of stars, with the approval of the LightWings Leader of course. It was agreed that with the might of two other alliances both separate factions didn't stand a chance if an invasion happened this leading to the merging. The alliance does have its first military: granted its not built till later abd militarizing a peaceful clan is not happening anytime soon, government, and its culture that stands out from most others, surrounding the skies and stars. However, with the disappearance of the LightWing Leader this left Attor alone to rule over the alliance and in the end he founded the Crown of the Nebula, a real crown forged from gems of an astroid whilst the name is of the Council that surrounds the citizens of the grand kingdom, but the council formed so Attir could have help with work and responsibilities and such. Whoever is king or queen wields the Crown of Nebulas, in which aside from the beautiful gems that makes it there is a moonstone at the front of it, signifying what religion the king, Attor, takes apart of. Or, it is a symbol of rarity and might, in which the king wears but the stone is removable to allow it to charge.
The society of the Order is undr a sovereignty, ruled by a king or kings, however both merged tribes are peaceful so instant militarization is not likely, but, perhaps one day there could be a large military for the Order of Starlights. But a major problem with the merging alliance is racism. Granted it is set aside as a petty and selfish conflict it does cause problems for certain dragons. Other than that specific problem the Order of Starlights is quite pleaquiteas both tribes have set aside several differences to work together to bring two different clans into one.
There is, oddly, plans of a much larger kingdom to be built, whilst the schematics aree made for each detail many of them are still to come, including the combined homes for both Light and Sky kin.
Granted, they are just plans, construction will soon begin but have been held back due to... Priorities. Attors trusted adviser, Skjorn, planned most of everything out excluding the Citadel, Churches, and Schools, and the attractions. Solely the point of doing this is to combine both tribes, eventually, under one roof so neither would get attacked separately. Granted most might disapprove of this matter it is for safety issues and so both people can merge to create a stronger housr, however neither are warbound, the grand city Velmexus is still going under construction. These plans go as followed:
The Citadel, Sky Throne is in the very center of Velmexus surrounded by five tall buildings, sky scrapers so to say, each one connected to the Citadel by bridges and walkways. The Citadel is a dark chromatic purple and blue, made mostly of mixed metallic stone and metal, having a dome-like appearance to it. Around the Citadel are 10 districts, each named after a gem, and each district having different buildings according to their names:
Quartz District: The quartz district is more military and veterans and their families. This district can have common folk but recommended to militants as it is more spacious and peaceful compared to the other nine districts. Like the other districts, crystals come from the ground along walkways with energy coursing through them, providing light during the night. The main attraction for this district is the shop known as Highnoon Theater, where dragons can watch performance's of other famous stars and groups. Another building is the military school that dragons go to join the Everlast, the main military power for the Order of Starlights.
Jade: A district known for knowledge, this is a bustling place where a lot of intelligent dragons come to stay, or visit the attraction known as the Brightest Chapters, a large library that holds scrolls and books for all dragons to read. Another is the House of a Thousand Suns, a church for the gods and godesses of the Space, Sky, and Light ate worshipped.
Emerald: This district is especially important due to the healers and sages that live in harmony, this district has many plants and trees growing all around it making it a more peaceful place for all dragons. Interestingly, the types of trees that grow here are converted into houses for dragons, and then healed afterward to prevent it from dying too early. The 2 main attractions of this district is the Recovering Gash a school particularly for dragons who wish to become Healers and Sages. The 2nd is the Spire of healing, a tall plant-covered stone that provides a natural energy: Touching it will heal dragons and cure diseases.
Sapphire: Known as the Aquatic District, this section of the kingdom is the most decorative and possibly the most beautiful of the ten, due to the design of each house and sapphire carvings along the road, houses, and other buildings in the district. It has two attractions, the Aqua Bay which is a huge aquarium that houses the rarest and common fish in great numbers, and the other is the School of Magic, where dragons can go to learn different kinds of magic.
Ruby: Known as the second largest, this district is famous for the massive forge it holds, known as the Nebulas Pride. This forge is small on the outside but is built deep into the plateau itself, holding many weapons and armors for the armies. Shops throughout the district is set up alongside the street so dragons can make profit for whatever they grow or craft.
Diamond: This district is known for having the richest dragons in the the kingdom as their residence. This is mainly because this particular section started as a huge market but converted into a district after the first few years. Sculptures and fountains are splayed through the wide open streets, enabling others to idmire the work. Even more, the Council of Wings make thus district home. The main attraction is the Jewelry Store that sits directly in the plaza, big and having many unique necklaces and bracelets for those who are seeking those items.
Amber: The first district, this is the oldest yet largest of the ten. The houses are made of a thick oak wood, unlike the others which are made of stone, these houses are built to last. Of the other districts this one has a Museum of History in which there are ancient weapons, stories, skeletons, amd so on the modern day museum would have. Another site is the mine, a place where dragons (employed) go to dig up gems amd metals of the sort. Civilians that do not work for the Mining Company are restricted from entering, failure to do so will be an automatic arrest, but release is a day after. If it happened again it will be another arrest with a court date and a hefty fine.
Amethyst: This is the district that is famous for its own church, The House of the Gleaming Moons. This church in particular was originally a rouge group of assassins belonging to the Night Wings many years ago, but the remaining three assassins merged with the Order and thus began the church itself so they didnt die off, with few restrictions of course. The Gleaming Moons church, with the help of the Thousand Suns, Eternal Stars and the Soaring Skies churches built the Amethyst, Onyx, and Citrine Districts in order to expand, and continue expanding Velmexus. The other attraction of this district is the School of Shadows, which involves those wanting to learn how to scout (to become Assassins, Thieves, Spies, etc.).
Onyx: The smallest more unpopulated district, it has mire stores, such as bakeries, restaurants, and so on. While it is heavily visited for those reasons, not very many live in the district because of the Mortality Stone. This stone, when a dragon dies and its body is carried to the rock, sends the souls of the dead into the afterlife, in which the Reaper takes them wherever. Its not known where this stone came from or how it got there, but from studies it is ancient and its magic is unknown. Those who have lived close to the stone have had odd dreams of the deceased, while its not known why thus happens many believe it is the dead trying to make contact.
Citrine: And lastly is the district famous for its arena, and The House of the Soaring Skies. The Arena known as "The Dancing Dancing Stadium" is large, fitting in hundreds of dragons at the edge of the plateau. It holds many competitions and battles that each House or District holds yearly, and of course, the Soaring Skies church has the advantage in training inside it. This is the 3rd largest district and is second most visited, as it was built only seven years ago around the stadium.
Following Monsters
There are 2 main kingdoms in the eastern lands. One belonging to the LightWings, the other belonging to the SkyWings. Since their alliance, people were unsteady, ready for the day that one side overruns the next or kill their precious Sovereign. Attor and Devi did what he could, between the tenseness, the subjects, and rogues he could not simply keep up; and the Council of Wings, on Attors part, had done nothing to help but complain. Guardians were sent to patrol all areas of the land, regardless of how they felt about the other territory.
Guardians of either side refused to work together, citizens refused to visit anothers kingdom and there was a longing hatred even before the alliance towards another. The conflicts had ended but silent threats and hidden racism hung in the air as the two people watched another wearily. Eventually, the LightWing King, Devi, went missing. The Light Kin went in an uproar and pinned the blame upon the Sky Sovereign. In an act to gain order, Attor threatened the Light people execution, as much as he hated to make threats, to the elders of the opposite kingdom. That made them silent.
Eventually, after working in the LightWing territory, the threat seemed to have been forgotten and after months of remaining in that spot the Sovereign gained some trust of the people. However there were still suspicions about them and most kept a distance from the visiting Sky King.
A year had passed and the two kingdoms, as a whole, seemed to settle down their disputes despite some racism, the two species seemed to get along or leave each other alone. The night the SkyWings were leaving the LightWing territory a scout had come to them with haunting news. Massive creatures spewing forth from a portal were attacking guardians, rogues and citizens alike within the Luscious Jungles. Curious and concerned, the king and his guards went to investigate and gathered many others willing to fight for their homeland, only to run into the creatures responsible for these actions.
They were ambushed, and an initial wave attacked both light and sky kingdoms. The day drug on to a viscous storm in the night, a brutal battle that destroyed half of the jungle. While this ensued, the brunt of the invasion was concentrated on the kings location, however the wave of monsters attack the kingdoms. Dragons fought, and as small these waves were it wiped most of them out. And thus the night continued to a bloody morning.
What remaining forces of the large group the Sky King assembled were dwindling, but they had been ordered, in three groups, to hunt down and kill the creatures that remained on the land. The King and another went to see how either kingdom was, and after seeing the blood that had spilt, the houses crushed and the spirits broken, he ordered all to leave the kingdoms.
The groups returned with lesser numbers, confirming that the portal letting loose these hellions was still open but only released one or two monsters at a slow rate before closing and opening from time to time. As a whole, the Starlights traveled the land and eventually found a large plateau where it was decided to set up a camp and call it home. They would need to rebuild and stay together to survive.
Every now and then, one or two dragons would go to retrieve some scrolls or gather building material from their old ruined kingdoms to help keep pieces of history and rebuild homes upon their new home. In the four months it had been a swift rebuild, and searches for food, supplies, and survivors are still underwent.

Military: The soon-to-be military power is, well, "somewhat" large but not enough to hold off against an invasion/offense against the other dracon powers, and militarization will take a mass amount of time. However the soldiers that will serve their people and city are prepared for any assaultaland will already set up traps ajd countermeasure, making sure the people of Velmexus are safe.
This is incase amy military is formed,
Ranks:
Minor- The recruits or soldiers, this rank is a common one. Most dragons do go for this rank if they wish to remain in the military for a period of war or skirmish. The ranks if all these ranks is New Blood, Novice, Apprentice, Expert, Elite, and Master as dragons with any of these ranks are to be called so (like if Attor was an Expert, he would be Expert Attor). They have the common steel or iron armors.
Spec-Ops- The stealth if the field, this group is sent for any reconnaissance. They are small in numbers only being sent in pairs or trios but they are specially trained to keep to the shadows and strike at vital points of a dragon, but mostly they are built for speed.
Ranger- More so they used to be Minors, but these ranks are different compared to others. These are the guardians of the land, not that they are huge, but they get the job done and usually they travel in small but powerful groups. If they are sent to an area to investigate, within jurisdiction, they'll get the job done, fast and or messy. If anything they report to the king, but have approval to deal with the situation itself.
Ultra- Such is a higher rank, Ultras are closely trained like the elites, although they aren't perfect, they are clean, quiet, and professional in their line of duty. Trained in squads they are close-knit much like a pack and follow their own ranks from least to greatest: Theta, Gamma, Delta, Beta, Meta, Omega, and Alpha.
They are only sent when the Minors or Rangers cant get the job done and usually they are seen with Generals and Field Marshall's.
Zealot- Small, advanced and nimble groups of three, these are the elites of the land. Made for all-purpose combat, these are hardened warriors who follow their religion to the highest. They go through training at a young age and go through certain tests, let it be heightening the senses, pain resistance, bodily combat, etc.
General- Commanders of the armies, the Generals are an on-field tactician. They insure the battle of the armies, making sure that they're chances of winning is on the armies side. Generals are to know the lands layout, from plains to mountains, they are not to be questioned unless its a higher rank. Generals usually stat at an outpost until ordered to serve but during times of war they are seen in larger squads of dragons fighting.
Field Marshall- These are no doubt the strongest and most experienced of the ranks. Very few are picked to become a Field Marshall as the Council is very picky woth whom they choose. These beings are the most skilled and most dangerous as they have served for years under the veterans and stronger dragons. One cant simply join, only chosen through a series of trials, and if failed, that dragon can never take these tests again: with that, it is against rules abd regulations to know what the trials are, so knowing they exist the dragon must train through the military first and prove they are worthy. The Field Marshalls are a small but powerful group that serve any and all during war, and during times of peace they are eithet going through extreme training or they are sent to reconnaissance. Older and experienced dragons are preferable, and they are to act professional during their job, and keep the teams small and nimble.
Officer- The highest rank, Officers are more as commanders, they lead others to victory but are a more home-defense team. They arent usually deployed and they rather look over missions, as well as plan them out. However this rank is only achievable by starting off in the lower ranks such as the Minor, these are more veterans than anything and are the most experienced of all others. When deployed they can either lead an army or a small team, much like Zealots or Ultras. Those in this rank are highly respected and many look up to them as an example or for guidance, and usually Officers do have time to give long lessons or teach others how tp fight. For that matter many retire to become teachers or Honor Guards and prefer a calmer more humble life.

Re: The Order of Starlights, The Crown of the Nebula, and The Sky Throne
Alright a lot here obviously but a few things we need to talk about.
First off while time here on DRF is for the most part pretty fluid there are general time periods. For what's going on currently the tribes have only just recently cemented their alliances. Not nearly enough time to construct all theses places of interest. Lets go ahead and keep this lore here but say it's all under construction. Then just mention the construction every once in awhile in RP to show they didn't just appear out of nowhere.
The armor part I'm really afraid we are going to have to mostly get rid of. For starts it doesn't make a whole lot of sense for the SkyWings as they would have a hard time flying with it removing their biggest advantage. Secondly armor in general isn't a customary dragon thing. They are creatures of innate power apex predators. While it no doubt would help them even more armor and tools is more of a human thing. We are going to leave that as a human exclusive. That having been said though Tenebris is enslaving humans forcing them to make armor. You could negotiate a trade agreement in secret with him as it's kind of a black market thing. That way you could have some armor for your higher ranks.
Both LightWings and SkyWings have never been the fighting type though. Instant militarization isn't going to work. We can have those ranks but we can't say they are already trained for them. Again build it up over time in RP.
I would however even during construction like to grant this alliance the title as the master of architecture and be known for having the most beautiful settlements. And on that note I noticed a specific of glowing gems and would like to point out that in our lore they are most likely moonstones.

Moonstone:
A special type of stone which is very rare. It comes in many different kinds of colors and are translucent and gem like in appearance. This stone harvests light and stores it. When the sun drops the stone glows. The more light is stored the brighter the glow is. The stone will glow with the same color as the stone itself. A special kind of plant called a sun vine can be woven into a bag which can store moonstones. This seals the light inside so they don't lose their charge when the sun is down. In this way you can make them last much longer and shine much brighter with extended charging.
These stones are said to bring luck, wisdom, and knowledge, but only if it is charged with light. These stones are used in many of Astralogy's rituals. It is also said by keeping one on you (charged of course), you have a better chance of meeting Astral herself.
Knowledge Circle: The knowledge circle is a circle of Moonstones of varying color. Those who study or think within the circle will learn things much faster. Each color stands for something different. The circles can be mixed with all sorts of colors but the more of one color there is the better your learning is for what that color stand for. A circle made of multiple layers of rings can be used as well.
Red: Magic, the rarest Moonstone color
Blue: Social or people skills
Green: Nature
Yellow: Creativity
Purple: Wisdom
Black: Alchemy
White: Neutral, which is suppose to help with wisdom and knowledge just in general. This is the most common Moonstone color

Aight, fir ranks and armor I can easily fix, as fir the city itll take a tad longer but make it to where they are just plans. As far as the Mortality Stone Id like permission to keep that, I could talk to Nimbus byt I wanted two permissions: you and him. It could be a reminder of Death in a way of dome sort.

Perfect once the armor part is taken care of.
Re: The Order of Starlights, The Crown of the Nebula, and The Sky Throne
Nimbus gave the okayc for the Mortality Stone. Ill just get rid of the armor entirely, however Id like to keep some pieces of it, preferably to the guards and those whom retired to Wise Ones will receive an armor for serving. Will that be alright? Or just scrap it all?
