Whats this? (Open/Joiner)

*Blueclaw looked around the area. She had been a rouge for years but it was time to start anew. She would probably be pushed around or ignored for no. But as long as she wasn't attacked, she was fine. Forests, her kind of land. Perfect for hiding and surprising. Blueclaw was rather small for what breed of dragon she was, but, she was the kind of dragon that fought to the death. She used to have a family, but they were killed by another clan, or she supposed. She tried her best to protect them, but it wasn't enough.She blamed herself ever since for not protecting her mother and father. They were too old to defend themselves.*

*She let out a small "huff" and tapped her huge claw on the ground, letting out small rumbles and growls before walking forward slowly, trying to show she was no threat. Besides, she was alone. What dragon would fight alone?*

I walked around the forest, gazing at the trees. I was always on edge after getting captured by the NightWings, they could be anywhere. I shuffled my wings, letting them lay flat against my back and kept my head low. I was hungry, scenting for food, hopefully coming across a deer. I stopped at a river, bending down to get a drink of the cool water. I could get fish, but they were hard to catch, and you needed a lot to make a meal. I sighed, bending to put my muzzle in the cool, clean, water, not noticing the other dragon around.

*Blueclaw looked at the one by the river and let out a bark, then walked over, tapping her giant claws on the ground as she did. It wasn't a threat, just means of communication. Once at the rivers edge, she spoke softly* "Hello....my name is BlueClaw and I'm the new one.....your rather pretty if I must say...." *Blueclaw was trying her best to be nice but then again, she was kinda....new to this. Once again, she had been alone for years.*

I was still lapping up water when I heard a bark. I lifted my head to see a dragon come over, it's large claws tapping on the ground. I couldn't tell if it was a treat or not so I stayed ready to defend myself, but still tried to look causal. After she spoke I then couldn't tell if the dragon wanted to capture me because I was pretty or not. Either way I replied back, "Why thank you, you're pretty also."

*Blueclaw smiled. The dragon actually noticed her! For once....normally she was ignored. Blueclaws claws still tapped on the ground, but now faster from her excitement.* But yea, Im new here.....Ive been a rouge for years and I wanted a place to call home and protect with my life. Are you a Lightwing?

I smiled at her, seeing how she tapped her claws faster. Her question puzzled me, didn't rogues like to be free? "I'm not a Lightwing, I'm actually a rogue also. Why do you want to go to the LightWings?" I asked, sitting down. this dragon was no treat that I could tell of.

*Blueclaw backed up a few feet, then ran forward, easily jumping across the river, using her powerful back legs. She then sat beside the other dragon and spoke* "I just figured it was time to try and find a permanent place to be. Besides, a dragons gotta lay eggs SOMETIME. But then again, Ive never had any males interested in me so that's kinda out of the question. Besides, Im not really looking for one anyway. How about you? *Blueclaw wasn't looking for a mate yes, but she wanted to lay some eggs and have a family*

I watched her easily clear the river and listened. "Well, I do have a mate, and you don't nessassarily need a permanent place to stay..." I said, thinking about when her eggs hatched. "If you do have eggs they draw up quite a commotion."

"Yes, which is why I need a place for them, more protection." *Blueclaw knew that the chances of loosing young ones were heightened when you were a rouge.*

"I Have kids that were born with my mate and I, that was who they had for protection. But being a rogue would just mean more moving, less food, and more chance to lose one. Being in a tribe would just make them... Better fed and protected overall." I said, almost calling them lazy.

I know what your trying to say but, Im not going to let them be lazy. I have full intentions of training them. *She smiled at the new dragon and tapped her claws on the ground*

I smiled at her, "Would you return to being a rogue at all?" I asked, wondering if she'd like the way she has no freedom to do anything.

*Blueclaw smiled* Its possible, but I have the need to protect others, not just a family, but other families... *This was because of her family, her mother and father were killed violently and cruelly. They couldn't even defend themselves*
