Some SeaWings Changes [POLL]

Okay, so I believe in a sort of democracy idea here. Asailia herself is a leader, so, IC, she needs to make decisions. OOC, I want everybody to be in agreement before I simply do something. I'm thinking of a few changes I may implement into the SeaWings, and would like the opinion of the tribe on these changes.

1. Changes in Ranks.

This would be minor changes, or it could be a huge reform if anybody has an idea that becomes popular. At the moment, I'd like to either add another Lieutenant,for a total of two, or implement an Advisor for each aspect of the tribe, such as Hunting, Military, and Ecosystem Welfare. THOSE ARE BORING NAMES, I KNOW. They would obviously be changed to something else. As well as this, I may add a few subclasses to Trackers and Guardians, as those are such broad ranks, some specialization could be in order. Lastly, I'd like to add a rank for the expecting mothers, or caretakers. These would be those who care for hatching, either temporarily or as a full time job. This would free up their parents to properly attend to their duties in the tribe.

2. Alliances

Now, personally, I would like to keep the SeaWings a completely neutral tribe. But alliances could be added if the vast majority prefers for us to have alliances. So, vote yes if you agree with adding alliances.

3. SeaClaws

Reptilian! This is a viable option, as they seem to be returning. I'm proposing adding the SeaClaws into the SeaWings hierarchy. This would,be a generally benevolent relationship, one where peace with the SeaClaws have been worked out.

That's everything for now? Thoughts? Like? Dislike? New ideas? Tell me! ^.^

BTW I have a Charie that's in the Seawings. Looks fine to me. I think it's interesting some ideas you put in, but very cool.

Trackers could be split up into different sections: Land Hunters, Sea Hunters, and if they're on the look out, Sea Watchers and Land Watchers. <3 O3O

Yeah I like the changes, you could always add a bit about who commands the Seaclaws, for example one of the Lieutenants focuses on that and the other for the trackers.

True. I may add more information on the Lietentants, at the moment it's a simple division by Trackers vs. Guardians and all of their subcategories. Arika will be dealing with the Trackers, and Delphin with the Guardians. SeaClaws.... you'll see when I finish that whole thing xD

I like all of these ideas, but I think the Seawings should remain neutral. The Seawings have no reason to take any sides whatsoever. This is just my opinion, but for something so large, there should be a valid reason to take sides.
The Seawings aren't even truly against the Firewings. Their elements, environments, and personalities clash too much for them to get along.
