Its a great big world (Private: Devi, and Luci if he wants)

The small hatchling beat his four wings over and over, his breath coming out in short gasps. Turning his head quickly behind him he sighed in relief as the gigantic dragon wasn't behind him. The voice of his mother echoed in his head and he continued his flight. He needed to get to the Lightywing (Lightwing) palace. He had to do it for his mother. His golden hues flashed left then right before he rose higher and higher, his four wings beating in perfect sync. Soon he was above the clouds and his coppery scales blended in with the sunset. A tear escaped his golden cat eye and rolled down his cheek as he turned his head back once more. He wanted his mother. He wanted his brother but they were off fighting the giant meanie dragon. They were protecting him. The plates on his nose moved as he sniffled and his wings beat steadily as he paused in the air. Where was he. He needed to get to the palace. Diving he looked around, his tail moving around to help him while he hovered in the air. "Where....Where am I?" he asked in a soft voice before diving downward he landed on the top of a tree, his long tail wrapping tightly around the top branch as his two legs perched on the top. It was awkward for him to stand like this as he was a wyvern. A whimper made its way out of his maw as his wings tucked tightly around his body. As soon as he did so he felt himself loose his balance and tumble from the tree. It was a very tall tree and he felt his wings hit branches and sharp sticks as he tried to open them. Multiple cuts formed on his body as he continued to fall before smashing into the ground on his back. A huge yelp escaped his mouth once more and he curled into a ball, crying softly.

The male got up and stretched his torn wings. With tears running down his face he crawled forward. "Hello?" he whimpered out, curling into a ball with another whimper.

It was a quiet day for Devi most of his tasks where done and it was late afternoon. Deciding to relax for a while he headed towards the jungle finally landing on top a large tree, with a stretch of his legs he lay onto the rustling leaves glancing towards the soon to be setting sun, when suddenly he noticed a small figure in the sky, larger than a bird. Lifting his snout he began to feel curious, yet the figure soon landed briefly on another tree in the distance. This wasn't to last, noticing that the creature fell through the tree. Devi swiftly glided over towards the unknown creature. Soon enough he landed close by realising that it was a hatchling with 4 wings, frowning slightly as the little started to whimper. Speaking with a soft voice and a smile "Hey... You alright? I'am Devi" As he inspected the cuts on the hatchling, knowing that he must of been in pain.

(Too lazy to switch to Aakesh)

The sight of the larger male scared Aakesh, tucking his wings to his sides even tighter in fear. The plates on his nose twitched as he lifted his head from the ground, sniffing Devi curiously. "H...Hi" he managered to mumble out over his tears. "N..No. I cut my wings and I fell from that hug tree. It hurt" he said with a whimper, his tail twitching and shifting. "I'm Aakesh" the small hatchling spoke, his golden eyes meeting Devi's. Flexing his sore wings a bit he looked around. "I'm trying to find my momma but she told me to get to the Lightywing palace first" he spoke softly, looking around as if he was gonna see the palace anywhere. Lifting a foot he inspected it before inspecting the other. Shaking his head he met the leaders gaze once more. "Do you know where the leader of the Lightywings is?" he asked curiously, his head tilted to the right a bit in question. Inching closer to the male he inspected his golden scales curiously. Instead of golden scales like a normal Lightwing he had coppery iridescent ones that sparkled. The colour of scales always interested the small hatchling because of their uniqueness. Stretching his maw in a yawn he wiped the tears away with his wing before looking back at Devi.

Devi crept a little closer, lowering his snout as he listened to the hatchling smiling as he replied "Nice to meet you Aakesh" noticing his expressions he could tell that he was in pain, "You know your mother's name? Your in luck I'm one of the leaders, you must be in pain I can take you to the palace and someone to look over those cuts" smiling happily he gestured his paw towards Aak, being closer to the hatchling he inspected his interesting wings. Devi never has seen anything like it, he guessed when he was older he would be one of the fastest dragons. "It will be alright, I will help find your mother after we've sorted out those cuts"

(I should make him think Sleenia is his mother)

The hatchling shook his head. "N...no. All she said was that I had to meet a dragon named Sleenia. She said she would protect me" he said, shaking his head. His tail flicked slightly and he whimpered before looking up. "Really? You're the Flightywing leader?!" he said in amazement, his golden eyes scanning over him. He was a cool looking dragon with bright golden scales. "Okay but my wings are torn. I...I don't think I can fly" he said, his voice shaking and scared.

Devi's head tilted when he heard the name Sleenia, knowing that she was a previous leader/queen of the tribe, though she mysteriously disappeared. "Sleenia... used to be the queen... but I was made leader along with another called Lucian." frowning slightly he continued, "Don't worry, you can ride on my back, lets get you to safety" smiling he gestured his paw towards Aakesh.

The dragon shook his head worriedly. "Thats not right. My momma told me that Sleenia would be here when I got here to the Flightywing palace" he said, worrry and desperation swirling in the dragons golden eyes. Slowly he climbed onto the dragons back, his hurt wings tucked tightly to his sides. It was awkward for him walking without his wings but luckily he was close to the leader so he just had to crawl up his side. "Where is the palace?" he asked, his tail moving from side to side as it hung off the side of Devi.

Frowning from his response, he helped the little one onto his back. "Its not far from here, I only wondered out to have a break. We'll have someone look over those cuts, I'm sure they hurt" he replied as the hatchling got comfortable, "Alright hold on, don't worry I won't let you fall" Turning towards the palace's direction, which was south, he opened his wings preparing to take off. Beating against the warm air, he soon lifted over the treeline as he slowly glided towards the palace.
