Personality: She's very shy and hidden, preferring to keep to herself and dabble in the snow as opposed to talk with other dragons. Radiance likes to think herself small, and her personality fits this. It's not uncommon-when her siblings are playing together-to find her drawing in the snow with a claw, or playing with some animal or another. She enjoys silence, and is incredibly annoyed when it's too loud. As a result, she is easily startled by loud noises. She has incredible patience, and will almost never raise her voice or loose her temper, unless it's incredibly crowded and loud. She is-in every sense of the word-an introvert. She is also very intelligent, and thinks through problems and puzzles with ease. In her spare time, she will practice using her powers, creating small sculptures that reflect the light and create beautiful light shows. She does this as a side-job when an adult, selling the sculptures.
Interests: Be alone, Walk through the snow, silence, cold
Dislikes: Crowds, heat, loud noises
Fears: Heat(like most Icewings) and crowds. It's not quite a fear, but she freaks out if she's there for too long.

General Appearance
Height: Currently: 3 foot at the shoulder (Adult: 60 feet at the shoulder)
Scales: Brilliant white. All white, with a slightly darker shade on her belly.
Eyes: Pale Blue
Appearance: She has opaque, nearly see-through webbing on her wings, while the rest of her body also has this same sort of look, though she really sparkles due to her brilliant white color. She has a ring of eight crystal-like horns encircling her head, with two on each of her cheeks, two in the center of her head, and the standard two largest on the sides. Down her back runs smooth horns, much the same as her horns, that runs all the way to her tail, ending in an icicle-like point. She has brilliant blue eyes, and it's not uncommon to see her with some small animal or another.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Very stealthy due to small size, and blends in well to her surroundings due to the color. She is a quick and intelligent thinker, often problem solving as opposed to rushing head-on into things.
Special Abilities: She can create rainbows when light hits her body the right way, her brilliant white scales acting like a prism. She can also produce snow of this nature, though it takes a fair bit of energy(She can do it at will, but she has to eat a lot to do it for long periods of time), which can reflect light in this nature, creating prisms an beautiful sculptures.
Weaknesses: Heat, like most Icewings, though she is more susceptible due to her coloring and powers. As a result, she rarely leaves Icewing Territory.
Combat Style: She rarely fights, but when she does, she's a very tactical thinker, preferring to strategise.

Background
History: Nothing yet. She's a hatchling.
RP Sample: There was a sudden burst of sunlight, and the hatchling exploded into colors. She seemed just as confused as anyone else to see this at first, but she soon changed to excitement and curiosity, and attempted to trace the brilliant rainbows in the snow. When a cloud covered the sun, she frowned and looked up sadly, wanting to see the pretty colors again. When it did come, she finished her tracing, and looked at it happily with eagerness.
