Living in Memories ((Open to all))

The Seawings had finally finished their above-water palace. It was specifically for hosting gatherings and parties that the other tribes could attend, as well as housing quarters for those who needed it. It had been built rapidly, and now it was time for the unveiling. They had invited dragons from every tribe to join them in the palace, not far off-shore from the beach that marked the edge of their territory, but also far from their underwater one. Every tribe was invited to join them. It was a huge party and festival. There would be games, food, snacks, meals, drinks, entertainment, everything a good party needed.
But....for some, it was not as fun. They were hosting the party on the first anniversary of the day that Korramyr had disappeared. It was supposed to be a sort of memorial, in memory of him. It was supposed to be bittersweet. For others, it was just bitter.
Shine still hadn't shown anyone but her mate the special pool. It was completely hidden, and could only be found by those who knew it was there. To most, it just looked like a large puddle. To others, it was more. Like Shine. She dropped into the water, immediately disappearing from sight. She dropped down the steep tunnel, until it seemed if it got smaller, she wouldn't fit. Then it opened up. The dark cave seemed so small, and she flashed her scales in a random Aquatic word. They took the light in and held it. She repeated until the large cave was revealed, illuminated by the large crystals that took in the light, and kept it. She gave a sad smile. Only she and Korramyr knew about this place, and she had vowed not to tell anyone about it. It was her secret. But-if someone were to find it-she told herself she would spare no details.
She would miss part of the party. She had told Atlas that she had things to take care of, though she had not told him where or what she was doing. And she hoped he hadn't followed. She swam to the small side pocket of the cave, the part that had, somehow, managed to keep air in. She opened one wing, and a bunch of blue and black flowers fell from it. Blue for her scale color, Black for his. She sighed, setting her head on the rock and looking at them, memories running through her head.
