The portal struck the seas of Pyria with a bolt of lightning, (midnights return open to all)

It had been a timeless decade of Midnight's captivity trapped in a place of no name, at this superfluid planet where the surface of liquid acted like slow moving solid waves.  Lost in a faraway universe, where this planet was located in the middle of three black holes, midnight hawd been actually thriving.  There his instincts fending for himself alone had developed and he had become much stronger, less paaranoid and less like a mindless beast... he was adeptly equipped with the appropriate abilities to sustain himself there, which is perhaps why the portal had chosen midnight to go there in the first place.

There was very little light, except for a subtle glow made by the fluid surface.  Midnight had echolocation, which was very useful for finding food andremaining stealthy from predators.  There, he had developed a posture of strength and patterned on his body were glowing aqua blue marks.  But still he had no linguistic capabilities, any of which that filtered were left in traces, where a new intelligence required to survive arose.  Like breaking the mold of a newly hatched butterfly, midnight at first before going to this place was sickly and wicked from his permanent transformation in a cave at Pyria.

Again the portal shot a bolt of lightning, this time upon the seas of Pyria, and Midnight was very unfamiliar with his home planet, though at first he had not noticed.  Here it seemed very simuilar to his echolocation, with storming clouds, and water beneath.  There was lightning storms all around...  Because midnights DNA had changed, however, his body was made up of a superfluid liquid, which made himself able to walk on water.

As the lightning bolt struck the surface of the sea, his body had great inertia, and skid across the rolling waves of the water.  It was storming heavily, and midnight was was feeling like he was still at "home," until his body struck the water knocking himself unconscious.

Midnight laid unconscious upon the rolling seas as his body floated, and waves rolled, bringing his body to the cold shores of Icewing territory.  He half floated as the waves caressed his body, half in the sea, half on floating land.

(I might do some background solo to about his decade away, people would still be free to join but...  I feel like the whole concept is very awkward, yet I wanted to make use of it.  It might be a cool read regardless)

Snowblaze was walking along the shores of the Icewing territory. As usual, she was annoyed by the lack of leadership in her own tribe, and just trying to keep an eye on the border. Her mind was in its emotional state as the oddly built dragon argued with herself about what was happening.

"Maybe I could lead the Icewings? Yeaaah. But none of those bozos even respect me, so there's no way I could lead them. Then again.... What on Pyyrai?" It was then that the dragoness noticed an odd figure laying on the beach.

She practically ran over, and pulled the... creature, out of the water. Snowblaze then tried to see if the thing was alive, but wasn't sure how. The Icewing then started shaking the creature, still in her emotional mind. "Hey. Come on. Wake up!"

Midnight, completely concussed, was feeling ill as well from the changes of the atmosphere.  The motion caused by Snowblaze stirred his stomach and he eventually vommitted, awakening to the sight of a very large icewing, a chilling cold, and a very painful headache.  He couldn't roar, he was too weak, but demonstrated his strength by shakingly standing up, and trill rumbled a chirping growl.

The words were barely recognizable, he replied with the first dialogue he had made in a decade.  Perplexingly, it was a long time ago, but quickly now linguistic intellect was coming at a surprisingly fast rate considering how long ago it was that it first used to.  But because midnights intelligence as a predator in his prior realm developed greatly, it was filtering again like it once was.  "Home..." grumbled confusedly.

Snowblaze was surprised as the creature stood, now appearing to be a dragon. He looked like a Nightwing of some sort, but since her intelligent side was still "off" the dragoness couldn't really tell anything beyond that.

There was something else. His scales and pelt looked... different from other dragons. Then he said one word: "Home." She gave him a quizzicality and unconvinced look. "Look. I don't know who you are, but I've never seen you around. Do you even know where you are?"

Midnight looked around, perplexed. His echolocation noticed the dramatic change of environment, but he couldn't believe it, he didn't recognize Pyria, he didn't understand, "No," he said, demonstrating a confidence as his lungs adjusted. Then he slowly began to speak once more. "I am where?" He said, "I am shocked..." as he spoke his patterns would glow slightly brighter, but anyhow, he meant to speak of the portal, how it electrocuted him.

He began to walk away slowly like it was absolutely nothing, but his echolocation was not functioning correctly from his concussion. He would stumble every now and again and twist his head downward agitated as he saw in blurry, and choppy vision, cutting in and out of consciousness.

Snowblaze gave the dragon an odd look before her mind became calculated. She ran in front of the obvious delirious, trying to keep an eye on him. She then looked at him, talking in an intelligent, monotone voice. "You want to know where you are, right? You are in Icewing territory. And what do you mean by "shocked?" You do not seem to be in shock."

As the dragoness stopped midnight in his path and spoke to him, Midnight had became distracted; for, what was supposed to be a gradual increase of intelligence, it was as though Midnight had hit a wall of unfathomable exponential intelligence increase. It was a byproduct of the atmosphere and its oxygen. He still had no recollection of his prior self, however.

"Shock, Yes, I'm in shock...", he said completely missing what she said prior.

Snowblaze looked at the dragon. So he was in shock. And then there was the fact that he did not react to her answer to his question of where he was. The only thing the dragoness could figure was that the odd dragon hit his head on something. With that in mind, Snowblaze spoke again with a monotone voice. "If you are in shock, then perhaps you should sit, let your mind recollect itself."

The guardian was worried. If this dragon did not just sit, he could be more dangerous than she thought. And if he was dangerous, she had a duty to stop him.

It has been days since Zeoldrerrirth has not been in Icewing Territory, but tonight was the day that he'll go. He finished his training today, battle training and stuff like that for most of the day. He flew to the nearest shores of the Icewing Territory, landing on a nearby moutain.

He smelled the air. It smelled of sea salt and some Icewing smell, but it didnt smell like an Icewing was here recently. It smelled like it was here like a week ago?

And then....something happened. The once calm, cool ocean had turned to raging storms. Eyes widen, he ducked down were the lightning hit the ocean, nearly hitting Zeoldrerrirth. But then, it stopped. He looked up a bit to see the ocean, now calm.

"Huh? For a moment I thought that......What the...???" he muttered to himself. He saw a odd looking Nightwing, laying there on the sand. He was about to come near it, but an Icewing saw the problem as well and decided to come and investigate. The bone dragon remembered his instincts of hiding in the dark as he shut down his green glowing power in him to hide in the darkness.

He heard a familiar voice from the dragon, and he remembered her. She was the same dragon that confronted him, and Zeoldrerrirth didnt trust her. So he decided to be quiet and stay as dark as possible

In his deeply toned voice he replied; "I'm fine," said Midnight frustrated and irritable, "If you will excuse me," he insisted, "I may not break your neck..."

Midnight was still incredibly hostile, though his newfound intelligence made him very arrogant.

He started walking again, expecting her to stand aside. But, despite the guardian being twice his size and himself having a concussion, he was hardly feeling threatened. With his echolocation still choppy and blurry, he was in no condition to fight, he may either be overconfident or subside, depending on her response. The dragon seemed uninterested in Snowblaze, having no idea how the order of ranks worked in Pyria. He was clueless, and ignorant, and rather anarchist. He was a former guardian, but did not have a clue anything about rightwing territory where he was from.

Zeoldrerrirth continued to look at the odd looking Nightwing. How and where did he come from? Why was he in Icewing territory? Many questions filled his mind as he looked at Midnight.

He opened his wings a bit for confront as he looked at the Icewing, cautious of his moves. Hopefully he wasn't going to be seen and found. He looked around for anything that will hide his smell as he found mud near the sandy ground. He quietly climbed down the mountain, being careful that he'll probably knock something over with his tail.

Snowblaze stood her ground, giving the Nightwing an annoyed look. "And you think I am just going to let you go when you cannot even think straight? You could hurt someone!" It was clear at this point that the dragoness was ticked off, with her going from intellectual to emotional in the process.

The mystical midnight withdrew his head slightly.

Zeoldrerrirths eyes turned to a dim green as he watched the two. He spreaded his wings slowly, then he zoomed up to the sky and landed near the two, his glowingness back to normal. He looked at the two.

A ticked off Icewing, and a almost calm Nightwing. How funny....

He closed his wings to look at them, still concerned on what was going on

Snowblaze just gave nod to the Nightwing. "That's what I thought, she started, happy with the dragon stopping. "So what's your name?" Then she heard something. A familiar something.

She turned to see a dragon made of bone. A skeleton really. She knew who it was, and she wasn't too happy to see him. "You?"

Midnight was taken aback a bit.  His former name was known as the infamous twilight devil, but he had no idea  he was known as that, having very little prior linguistic capabilities.  But what seemed familiar to him was the name Midnight, like he had a subtle intuition that that's what it was, though he could not remember either of his prior selves.  So, he replied in an uncertain voice, "You may call me Midnight, I suppose."  saying this not by memory but by intuition, and what seemed appropriate or familiar.

Due to his echolocation being black and white, Midnight could not see Zeolderriths glow, not being able to recognize a nightwing from an icewing.  Still paused, Midnight was absurdly nonchallant about the nightwingd a rival however, Zeolderriths presence seemed like a good potential ally he felt.  And though midnight seemed polite, his dark, warning tone also seemed hostile.

He closed his wings, not really happy to see the Icewing. I mean like, she almost killed him back at the cold parts of the Icewing territory, but he recovered. He was happy that he was alive and well. But what was bothering him was that he met the Icewing, again......

Why Pyhira? Just why?......
He looked at the concerned Icewing, a bit tense. "Your still bothered about that day? I mean like, its been over a month since i seen you.....untill now" He closed his wings to look at the other Nightwing, looking concerned as well. I mean like, if there was going to be a fight, he was ready

The Icewing looked at the odd dragon. "Midnight? Mine's Snowblaze." She then angerly looked back at Zeo. She really didn't like dragons that snuck around. It was part of being a guardian.

The dragoness began to show the bone dragon her tail barb. Her mind swapped back to being intellectual before she spoke. "I dislike dragons that sneak around."

"Im not sneaking around. I was just being cautious about my surrounding, thats a-" He stopped his sentence when the female showed her poisonous barb. He didnt want to fight, he just wanted to see if Midnight was ok. Did Snowblaze even know his name?

He opened his wings slightly and unsheathed his claws in case Snowblaze did attack, his eyes fixed on her movements. He then spoke back, "Very well then. If you do try to attack me, then go ahead. I just dislike dragons that threaten me..."

His glowing power in him began to light up more, preparing to face the music. He then remembered what happened back then with him and Zeoldrerrirth. Should he just leave and forget about what happened back then? Or no? He wanted to befriend the female, not hurt her.

Snowblaze just stared down the bone dragon, looking like she was about to attack. Then she did something surprising. The dragoness lowered her tail to its normal place, though she still stared at Zeo like she was looking into his soul. "I do not fight if it is not needed. But, as a guardian, I will do what I feel is right to keep these lands safe."

Zeo then started to calm down a bit, but he didnt trust her fully. His claws and his wings still outstretched, he backed away a bit and sat down, looking a bit confused.

Was this dragoness trying to befriend him now?
