Personality: Phantom is a very strict person, often criticizing the bad behavior and habits of dragons, causing most of them to apologize, fearing that they might invoke her wrath. She is also very impatient, disliking people who don't answer her questions quickly enough. However, she has a great sense of justice and pride. She usually maintains a stern, serious, and distanced personality, but often loses her temper in a goofy and exaggerated comical style. She can also be extremely intimidating, easily frightening weaker opponents with just her glare. It has also been stated that Phantom is a born killer capable of showing no mercy during combat. Despite this, she has a kind heart. When fighting weaker or innocent people, she does try to hold back when fighting, but does end up failing and injuring them, some severely, some mildly, while some die in the process.

Fears: In her aspect, she's just about fearless of anything. She's not scared of war, blood, fighting, misery, or anything like that.

General Appearance
Height: 70 ft
Scales: Her scales are black, but with a tint of dark purple in them. She gives off an aura that she can control, so she could make dragons feel angry and want to hit someone, etc.
Eyes: Black, with white irises and no pupils
Appearance: A lithe dark purple-black dragon with horns of blue flames and black sclera and white irises. Her wings have jagged edges to them, and almost seem to look like feathers from a distance, and can tear through almost anything. The spikes on her neck are also made of blue flames. She has a long, whip-like tail with spikes that trail down her back to the edge of her tail. She wears silver armor, and her infamous spear is almost always with her.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Phantom is a fierce warrior, and a master of both armed and hand-to-hand combat, which is one of the reasons why she starts her own fights. However, she can sometimes underestimate her opponents and start toying with them. She is naturally, extremely skilled in all forms of fighting, weapons and both strategy and tactics as well as statistics of war.
Special Abilities: As the goddess of magic, Phantom has divine authority and absolute control over magic. She essentially has unlimited possibilities for how she uses her power, with only her skill, personal power-level, imagination/knowledge, and/or morality to define the borders. She can use all types of magic: Offensive, defensive, miscellaneous abilities, etc. As the Goddess of War, she has the power to influence all forms of conflict including mental, physical, spiritual and conceptual ones, regardless of the area and numbers involved, control how they progress and draw power both from the conflict alone as well as the dying. Phantom can start conflicts by influencing people or events, rise personal and fanatical armies, control and create weapons of every kind and even grant others extensive abilities of combat. She has the incredible power to invoke war and chaos within an enormously large radius, ranging from a city to an entire continent. With this power she has full control over the city or continent that is in war and chaos at the time. Phantom has control over feelings and emotions of war (such as hate and rage), and frequently induces them in order to start fights.
Weaknesses: Kazumi is the Goddess of Harmony (peace and music), so her abilities counteract with Phantom's, and whenever this happens, they are always in a strife to win, which leads to long, pointless arguments about whether peace or war is better.
Combat Style: She doesn't have a combat style. She always fights in a different style, and that always confuses her enemies, because they never know what she's doing next.
