Personality: Noctissa, like her mother Vera, gives off that "I don't care" vibe but unlike her mother she really means it. Noctissa doesn't care about anything that does not relate to the nightwing tribe or their interests in some way. She is snarky and sarcastic like her mother, but again keeps most of these thoughts and comments in her head. She's a bit rude again, but only to those she see's as underneath her. Patient to a point, it takes quite a bit of prodding to make her angry. However once you get to that point she explodes. She is highly respective of authority, unlike her mother. When in a good mood she may even become a bit flirty and offer to joke with those she likes.
Interests: She loves to fly, enjoys her alone time, loves watching her surroundings and the landscape, and lastly she likes to enforce the rules on those who don't follow them.
Dislikes: She hates when she gets too emotionally involved in something, she absolutely hates crowds and having to give a speech of any kind in front of the public, she doesn't like serious conversations or any lengthy conversations with friends or family at all, somewhat hates sad events or things, and lastly she hates staying in one place for too long.
Fears: She's afraid of fire, blizzards, death itself, and she's got worse trust issues than her mother. She also fears eels or snakes.

General Appearance
Height: Baby size: 11.6 feet tall from claws to the top of the head.
Adult size:  22 feet tall from claws to the top of the head.
Length: Baby size: 18.4 feet in length from nose tip to tail tip.
Adult size: 41 feet in length from nose tip to tail tip.
Scales: Her scales are rounded and smaller in size and shape. They are dark gray almost black but reflect in light as a lighter bluish gray. She also has random jaguar-like spots that are pitch black peppering along her body, neck, tail, legs, and wings. The scales in her leathery somewhat translucent wings are a mottled light gray, black, and bluish gray in color.
Eyes: A cool blue
Appearance: Noct has a pair of finely curved black horns a top her head. She also has a few rows of black spikes that settle into her neck, down her back, and end at the tip of her tail. Her tail end is not so rounded as her fathers though. Instead of having his round mace-like tail she has more of an oval spade-like tail with spikes sticking out of it.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Much like her mother, Noctipie is cunning and quick witted. However not many know this since she doesn't talk very often. She is very good at hiding even when her hiding in the shadows ability doesn't work in the day time. Something Noct get's from both parents is her swiftness in the air and on the ground. She is very fast for her breed, but obviously not as much so as a skywing. She is also a strong swimmer thanks to her father and grandfather's blood. It comes instinctively to her.
Special Abilities: Noctissa can build moderately sized but strong things out of shadows just like her mother by melding herself into them. In the summer this ability is greatly lessened.
Draken can disappear into the shadows and blend in with the darkness to get away from trouble, but his daughter Noctissa can only do this during the dawn, dusk, and night time. Day time she cannot hide herself completely in shadows.
Thanks to Arkhor's god powers, Noctissa was blessed with the ability to breath underwater so that she would not drown when she moved to her new home with the seawings. She can now use this ability at will.
Weaknesses: All nightwings have a common weakness in lightwings, light in general, and the sun. However Noctissa shares her fathers weakness against ice type attacks and dragons. She also is weak to fire like her mother, and hates to talk about emotional subjects.
Combat Style: When Noctissa gets into a fight she tries to use her brute strength and speed to batter at her opponents. That spike filled tail is swung around constantly as she tries to gauge out opponents eyes or simply break their bones. Her teeth and claws are sharp and willing to tear into any openings in her opponents defense. The spikes along her spine, neck, and tail help to thwart most dragons from biting her lest they get a mouth poked full of holes.

Background
History: Noctissa was born and raised in the nightwing empire. She thinks highly of the nightwings laws and ideals. Almost with reverence does she follow the rules and looks down upon those who don't. She's a bit more fiery than either of her parents and will not hesitate to get into a fight when ordered to.

As Noctissa continued to grow and learn she was yanked from the only home she knew among the nightwings to a large cave adjacent to the beach in seawing territory. There she learned to catch fish, swim, and found out about more of her heritage. She met more family members, and was taught the basics about the ocean, its currents, and the dangers that lurked below before moving in fully with her new tribe. Unbeknownst to her the god of seas granted Noctissa the ability to breath under water so that she could be with her family in the palace under the sea. Now she continues to learn and grow into a fine young dragon.
RP Sample:
Noctissa struggles against her siblings bodies trying to get them to go back into the nest. They weren't supposed to be wandering around outside the nest while their parents were gone and she knew that. What she was trying to do was drag them back into the nest, because there was no way Noct was going to be seen outside of the nest and get into trouble. She had successfully pulled Nia back in now and was wrestling with her sister trying to dominate her so that she would listen and stay put.

Little growls and snarls echoed from her snout as Noctopie tussled with her sister. Her sisters and brothers all thought that she was just playing, but Noct was entirely serious. Her eyes narrowed onto Nia as her sister rolled her onto her back. Noctissa jabbed upwards and bit Nia on the chin until she cried and got off of her. Then she body slammed her sister and lay on top of Nia victorious.

"STAY IN NEST!" Noctis growled darkly then went back to the edge of the nest to try and pull another one of her siblings back into it. However she was too late. A dark shadow darkened the nest as their parents landed. Nia thankfully had stayed in the nest, but the other siblings, other than Noctissa, would all get in trouble. Even though Noctissa had been trying to help Nia and keep her form getting into trouble the other child pouted at her and told their mother how she had been bitten hard on her chin. Noctissa had been watching her brothers and sister get scolded for leaving the nest with a grin on her face until Vera called her over.

Her day would only get worse from there.
