Personality: Tulvir is a very outgoing dragon. He loves to hang out with dragons from all tribes, even IceWings, considering he is half IceWing. Tulvir can be your best friend or your worst enemy. He can have a fire-y personality at times, often acting before thinking. But he can also be very laid back. He sometimes feels like two different dragons trapped in one body, probably because of his clashing heritage.
Interests: Burning things, other half-breeds, and flying cause what dragon doesn't like to fly?
Dislikes: Seeing the IceWings and FireWings fight. Creepy NightWings.
Fears: Spiders.

General Appearance
Height: 65ft
Scales: Red, orange, blue
Eyes: Gold
Appearance: The scales covering Tulvir's body are different shades of red and orange. They're darker at his head and lighter further down his body, only to darken at his tail again, seeming to mimic the movement of a wave. Throughout, there are random scales of blue, like water being thrown to put out a flame. His claws and spines are midnight black. His head is adorned with horns and his back with jagged spines. His eyes are gold and almost seem to glow at times. Tulvir's wings have a faint, bluish hue to them. His tail ends in a point like a spear.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Tulvir is agile and cunning.
Special Abilities: Tulvir is a natural balance between Fire and Ice. Neither is so strong that it can cancel out the other, thus allowing him to have fire and ice breath. Of course, this means neither breath attack can deal as much damage as if it came from a full-blooded FireWing or IceWing. He can use both at the same time for a significantly stronger attack but only once every few days, as doing so takes a great deal of energy and thus requires a few days of 'recharging'. The tip of his tail can be can be frozen to create a sort of bludgeon or lit on fire completely to deal more damage. He can also heat it enough to cauterize a minor wound during battle.
Weaknesses: The fact that he is a Fire-Ice hybrid. A full-blooded IceWing could weaken him with their breath attack.
Combat Style: Tulvir resents fighting unless he has to. He relies on the fact that he is bigger than his enemies and usually smarter.
