A dangerous training [Private with NightFlare]

Loque landed in a small clearance inside the rotten forest, where he had been indicated he would find NightFlare's den. Needless to say, he was a bit nervous at the idea of what could follow. The surroundings were spooky, but it wasn't what was worrying him. Tenebris insisted enough on how dangerous NightFlare could be, as any mistake could be lethal for him, for his sanity at least.
The black dragon put a paw on his chest, where the silver pendant was hanging. If NightFlare wasn't stupid, it wouldn't take long for her to realize it was his only protection for his sanity. He would have to play it clever if he didn't want to be separated from it.
Anyway, for now he had to make his presence known. He voluntarily hadn't been really discreet in his landing, that should already help. Loque loudly cleared his throat, and then sat inside the clearance. Now all he had to do was to stay alert and wait for NightFlare to arrive.

"I would advise you head back to go see Tenebris, tell him what you learned," replied Nightflare, her tail flicking. Because Nightflare varied in fighting styles, it was impossible to tell Tenebris how she fought, if that was Loque's goal. Of course, Nightflare was not an all knowing entity like some might believe her to be. She couldn't be sure if Loque was here to spy on her, sent by Tenebris, or if he merely wanted to train. Knowing Tenebris, Nightflare wouldn't put it past him to send a spy. But Loque seemed ignorant enough. Nonetheless, Nightflare would not bother herself with theories, and flicked her tail, heading back to the cave. "Come, dear, I'll fix those burns up for you."

Loque stood up, following Nightflare as she headed for her cave. Only one day of training ? This felt a bit disappointing, but on the other hand he had learned a lot during this single day. Maybe he could ask her a bit more training on some specific domains ? Well at the moment they were heading back to her cave. The black dragon smirked as the burns still were painful. Most of them were from the fireballs, but the lightning one had left quite a visible one as well. Nothing really bad, though, as his scales took most of the burn.
