Personality: Devi is young at heart, so he has a playful personality, caring and joyful he likes to meet new people and likes humor. But when it comes to a fight Devi doesn't back down since he is courageous, he chooses to protect others from harm. Prefers to remain positive, so when hes down there is something very wrong. Enjoys company and likes hatchlings dude to his playful nature. Devi's normal hobbies include relaxing in the sun, spending time with his friends, playing with younger ones.Humor is a big part of Devi, he likes jokes and sometimes playing jokes onto others which may become annoying.

Appearance:
Dev is mostly covered in golden like scales, with a fairly rough appearance, with two large horns on the back of his head including 3 spine spikes from his neck. His wings are also rough looking but similar to a feathery style. Underbelly is covered with large scale plates providing extra defense. Tail is shaped in an arrowhead style tipped with plates.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Mostly using his strength for fighting, he has strong hindlegs leading to damaging charges and pounces. He also uses his special attack as a finishing move, as his breath attack of dazzling light.
Special Abilities:
- Light Of The Heavens: Mainly used as a finisher, or his last hope. This breath attack takes time to charge up but when fired, a beam of concentrated light which burns foes and even disintegrate at times. The disadvantage is that this requires a lot of energy, leaving him open for an attack which could interrupt the charge. It also takes roughly twenty-four hours to re-charge, and he can only use it once during that time.
Combat Style: Like said above mostly using his brute strength fighting foes, but using his breath attack to dazzle foes to confuse and even damage.

Good.
Few things:
-Add more to your personality, I believe it needs to be 5 sentences, I counted three. It doesn't need to be much. Hobbies or something. I dunno. Just a few little things.
-Your finishing attack seems slightly OP. That's just me and I could be wrong. Maybe dull it down a bit, or add some huge cost. Shine can cure anything, but it takes a ton of energy, and she lost her memory last time she did it. Maybe a cost or dull it down.
Aside from that, I think it looks good.
Change those little things and You're accepted.

Can I have a lengthy cool down for the breath attack and I mean lengthy as in spanning a few days. Then your good to go assuming you get the leader position.

And yes Shine mods can approve and when you do approve it send it to the appropriate approved places as well as make sure you actually said approved on the topic.

How long of a cool down are we talking, Dev? A time might be good to have, because a cooldown of a few minutes is very OP, but a few weeks is too long. Maybe a few days?
