A nice Bonfire (Private with Viper)

It was the time when the sun was setting beautiful, purple, blue, orange, yellow and pink all mixing together. There was not a cloud in the sky. Though the sun was setting it was still warm outside. Inside a large volcano was a cave, and inside that cave rested Edan, god of fire and lava. The cave was large, large enough for Someone twice his size. All though the cave were tunnels that lead to other caves. h He though of making some for his tribe mates but never got around to it.  'Perfect' the male said to himself and opened his wings. A breeze went by and a content sound rumbled through his chest as the cool air went over his wings. How long has it been since his ceremony of becoming a god. It felt so long ago. Smiling to himself the male leapt into the air.

As he got into the air the male snapped his wings open, taking in the beautiful scenery. Flapping his wings he began to fly though the air. Seeing a nice place he dived, landing down on the dry ground floor. Digging his claws into the ground he made sure there were no predators around before cutting down a tree. Using his powers he started a nice bonfire, keeping the large flame away from the tree's. He didnt need a Earthwing come over and tell him off cause he burnt a leaf. Shaking his head he laid down, his golden colored eyes casting over the fire with a gentle gaze.

A bronze-colored female lurked through the forest. Her keen blue eyes had spotted a bonfire fire from afar, and she had headed over to check it out. She slipped out of the shadows, and her eyes widened when she recognized Edan, a fellow FireWing.Bad Viper, she reprimanded herself. He's a god now. The God of Fire and Lava. He's not at the same status as you anymore. She padded into the open, into the view of the large dragon. "Hello, my lord," she bowed in respect.

The male had been laying there peacefully when the sound of movement caught his ears. He knew not to be worried as no one would want to attack him right now, he wasnt doing anything. It didnt surprise him when it was a fellow Firewing but it did surprise him when it was Viper. He had met Viper once or twice since he had joined the Firewings and when he had became a god. Standing up the male stretched his wings, a smile creeping on his face as he saw the dragoness. She was kind, other than the one time she had interrupted him but he didnt care, accidents happen. Shrugging it off his golden eyes held surprise at what she said.

A chuckle rumbled through his chest as she called him that. Shaking his head the male padded over to her, dipping his head as well in a sign of respect. She was a powerful dragoness he could tell and no way was he gonna settle being called lord. Looking into her eyes he chuckled again. "No please. No need for that. Just call me Edan." he said a kind smile on his face.

Viper hesitated, wanting to bolt yet stay at the same time. "Yes my lo-I mean, Edan," she corrected hastily, her bright blue eyes wide. "What brings you out here, though?" She thought for a moment, then snickered. "I slipped away from a mission that Shadowfire gave to me. He'll probably kill me if he found out. But it's not like he'll ever catch me," she boasted. "Anyway..." she shuffled her front paws. "So..."

While she stood there his eyes cast over her, her wings, the spiked trail that went down her back. Meeting her bright blue eyes he smiled softly. No, no one was gonna call him my lord while he was around. It seemed, weird. Even though he was a god he felt equal to everyone else. Stretching his shoulders slightly he turned toward his bonfire, dialing it down a bit since he wasnt there at the moment. It felt weird to use his newly acquired powers too. Everything just felt different now, being a god, being respected so much by his fellow Firewings.

Shaking his head slightly once again he smiled. It was nice to hear his name once again. "I was tired and couldnt sleep, problems I have a lot so i decided to go out to the forest and start a fire. Fire's are always calming" he said with a shrug. A chuckle emit from his mouth and he smiled "Dont worry I wont tell it. Your secrets safe with me and plus we already have enough Firewings to take care of it" he said with a toothy grin.

Viper laid down on the ground. "You'd better not," she warned mockingly. "Or I'll kill you, semi-god or not." She sighed, gazing up at the sky. "I'm bored," she murmured, then flipped over onto her belly. "Do you have anything to do? I need something to do! Something that doesn't involve fighting Frostbite."

It wasnt long till she spoke again and that he was glad for. He hated the awkward silence between the two. A idea popped in his head. He remembered something about, lava bathing. Smiling largely he willed the lava in his body to spill out and make a large pool, large enough for two dragons. Quickly he shaped the lava pool into a large circle, twisting the lava into cool shapes. Turning his head to Viper he smiled a toothy grin. "You kill me? I would like to see you try" he said smirking sarcastically.

"I made a lava pool for yah" he said softly and shyly. A smile appeared on his face. Leaping into the pool he watched in amazement as his powers let him suspend a bit of lava in the air, shaping into into a small orb. He made it dance around, swirling around his head then swirling around Vipers.
