Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: has the strength of an adult female earthwing, potent neurotoxic venom while not as potent as an adult's, it still can make adult dragons that aren't immune to poison very ill and can be fatal to hatchlings if untreated, her venom is delivered through two retractible fangs, she can shoot her venom through vents on her fangs, she typically aims for the eyes using this ability, the venom immediately blinds the victim if hit in the eyes, if left in the eyes more than a few minutes the dragon can become permanently blind
She has immunity to all forms of poison and venom. She has trained in herself physically to give herself the strength of an adult female.

Background
Abandoned by her parents at the young age of two, Racun miraculously survived to adulthood due to her potent venom and a rogue dragon that took care of her until she was strong enough to fend for herself. She returned to the ranks of the Earthwings as a guardian trainee, to this day she trains constantly to become a full fledged guardian.

For normal abilities, it says she has the strength of an adult female EarthWing. Does this mean she isn't an adult herself, even though her age is equivalent to a 19 year old human? If that is the case, you need to state somewhere in the app that she has gone through a lot of training to make herself stronger. You'd also need to adjust the potency of her other abilities, as an adolescent's potency would be lower than an adult's.

Her special ability is actually a normal ability; all purebred EarthWings are immune to poisons and toxins. So you'll need to come up with something, unless you don't want her to have one for now.

Her personality is kinda lacking. You forgot fears, strengrhs, and combat style.

Think I got it covered now.

"She has trained herself physically to give herself the strength of an adult female EarthWing." I don't understand why this mentioned as an ability, and twice, for that matter. Considering she is a purebred EarthWing and will literally one day be an adult--ergo as strong as one--this is quite redundant. But beyond that, your history contradicts this, as it states that she returned to the Tribes once she became an adult.

On to personality, etc. Brash and headstrong. That's it? I mean, nothing wrong with leaving a little mystery for people to discover more about her through RP instead of having everything laid out in the bio, but... A little more would be nice. The second part about her entering combat without thinking about strategy, that's more of a weakness. And speaking of weaknesses... Does she have any beyond the social? Mental? Physical?

Overall, it seems like you didn't put much thought/effort into this character beyond the venom. Also, you still need to make an account for this character.
