Personality: Akarui is the quiet, thoughtful one of the clutch of Snowscale and Destella. She is kind to her siblings and to those she knows, but is often wary towards strangers. She doesn't like it when someone tries to play rough, often running to one of her parents in fright. She s also unusually patient, able to wait for days for something. However, she does have a bit of a temper and it's not very easy to win back her good graces.
Fears: Akarui's biggest fear is the monsters that have overrun her father and mother's homes, as well as new things in general. Despite her magical abilities (which have yet to be activated/trained as of the creation of this app) she is very frightened of the world in general, and so spends most of her time hiding near her parents.  
Strengths: Healing and light magic, waiting, hiding
Weaknesses: Scared of pretty much everything, physically weak, often relies mostly upon her parents

Scales: Mostly yellow, with some blue splotches.
Eyes: Light green
Appearance: A serpent like body, with no feathers. Akarui doesn't have any gear.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: Can change the colors of her scales to reflect her mood and has a wind breath similiar to her father's. Due to her size and age it is more like a breeze, currently.
Special Abilities: She has a less brighter version of her mother's Flash. It can only be used once per day and when she is full grown will have an effecive radius of about 20 feet from her. Currently cannot be used.
Combat Style: She usually refuses to fight. If someone does try to fight her, one of two things happens; fleeing or flailing and begging for mercy.

When you say Magic is your main Combat style, do you mean your own inborn normal abilities and special abilities, or Does Akarui have a greater grasp of Magical abilities such as spells and the like.

Mostly involves her throwing bolts of light at people.

Roger, can you write a small description then please how these bolts of Light would work, and how powerful they are etc.

Also just to add, I understand this is an alt, so is there any chance you can post a link to your other characters and what have you, so we can keep an account of them all.

Sorry for the lateness, but I realized she already had a special ability... so magic is out of the question atm. Sorry for the wait! Eventually however, it will be, and she can just experiment with it but can't use it in combat. I've made the necessary changes to make sure magic is off of her fighting style ^-^
