welcome to this event. there are 12 districts and 2 characters per district, you can only submit one character.

rules: all participants have been striped of any powers they posses including breath attacks. all participants have been srunked to the size of 7 ft.

should your character die in this event do not worry, all participants who have died will come back to life.
