Personality: Wake is a slightly hyperactive, intelligent, quick thinking dragon who has a fear of humans, and will avoid them if possible. The dragon isn't shy about his opinion, and will make sure he's heard. Wake is also an empathetic, though this doesn't extend to most humans. Wake's bravery is something to fear, but he has a tendency to get frustrated when things don't work his way, or when others don't take his opinions into account. While Wake is mostly open to talking to other dragons, he tends to hate talking about the bad things that happened the his past.
Interests: Flying and swimming just off the coast, racing, fishing and hatchlings
Dislikes: Trappers of any species, groups of humans, being called "Short," "Pipsqueak," ect..., fighting for no reason.
Fears: Wake has a fear of being put in cages, tied up, or anything that'll restrict his movement, and the trappers that took him.

General Appearance

Appearance: Wake is a wyvern, and thus has only two legs and a pair of wings. He stands on his hind legs, like a raptor, and his wing have a thicker, grey leather and each as one, meat-hook like claw. His right wing also has a harpoon scar near its base. Wake has a crest of horns that act like a frill. Normally, these horn lay flat on his neck, but when he is angry, mad, or excited they frill out. On the contrary, when he's sad they become limp and slide off the top of his neck. Wake's feet are more like a hawks, allowing him to grip prey in flight, and his tail lacks any sort of fins or barbs.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Wake is a fast on land (can run at 40 mph), and air (can fly at 70 mph) along with being a good swimmer (can swim at roughly 60 mph) and being able to breathe underwater. His tactical thinking can also help him find an opponent's weaknesses. He's also good at reading and understanding people. He's also good with hatchlings. His small size does make him hard to hit.
Special Abilities:

Wake can use echolocation, allowing him to "see" in many low visibility situations, but it's not as good as night vision in the dark. He also has great hearing.

Speed burst: For three posts, Wake can travel the top speed for the two species the make him up. This gives him a flight speed of 110 mph, and swimming speed of 75 mph, and a running speed of 55 mph. After three posts, Wake will get tire for three posts, and cannot hit these speed again for six posts.

Student of Illusion: Wake can create up to three fairly convincing illusions, similar to Phantasmas. These illusions are not as good as his. They also cast no shadow, and have no reflection. Like his mentor, if one of Wake's illusions are found out, they all become noticeable. Use of this ability will depend on the time the RP is set in, as Wake is still training.

Storm Bringer: This ability allows Wake to create powerful, highly local thunderstorms. These storms, at their most powerful, generate large amounts of lightning, heavy rain, and powerful winds. These storms can only persist as long as Wake is creating them, and are only able to last around 5 minutes without his support. Wake can only hold these storms for a max of 20 minutes. The ability also has a tell, with lightning being visible in Wake’s eyes when he uses it.
Weaknesses: Wake's fear of cages, being tied up, ect... is often time too much for him to take. He's also got into a down right blind rage when he sees the human trappers that once caught him and a friend of his, or if he's threatened with being caged. It is difficult for Wake to dodge breathe attacks that cover large areas, as well as electrical attacks. He also has no breathe attack, only inheriting a Skywings speed and a Seawings swimming and water breathing abilities. His small size.

Combat Style: Wake fights with a lot of hit and run, slashing, and biting attacks. And he never stays still for long. If there's water, he'll use it too.

Background
History: Wake grew up as a Rogue with his family in between the Seawing and Earthwing territories, and for the most part had a normal life. However, when he was 11 he and a friend of his were captured by a band of human trappers. Thankfully for them, and human, Súl, freed the pair and even picked a fight with the trappers so that they could escape. The event gave Wake a fear of humans, though he has some respect for the one that saved him, and his fear of cages. As the years when on, the small dragon set out on his own and has only recently settled in a small, and open, coastal cave.

Later, Wake was harpooned by shark fishers. He was helped by a human, Svadfire, for the second time in his life, leading him to put some faith in Kelarth. He also trained with Phantasmas, who was under the name Thantos, in the art of illusion magic, and gained a second family in the process.
RP Sample: Wake sat there on the cliff side, enjoying the wind and the spray of the waves. He soon heard someone coming. He lifted his head, trying to see who this was. Then he heard it. Human talk. The wyvern quickly launched into the air, trying to eye the human.... No. Humans! The dragon quickly dove towards the ocean, landing in the rough seas. Wake then listened from his hiding spot. The humans said something about a "Sea Spirit." Wake had figured that was what they called him.

When you say he is fast on land, sea, and air... how fast?

He's faster than the average Seawing in water (Wake "flies" through water so I thought it'd work) and slower then purebred and halfbreed Skywings in the air, but still faster than the average dragon. On the ground, think velociraptor.

Well, being only 75% SeaWing, he's not going to be faster than the average SeaWing in water, especially not a purebred one.

Ok. I'll make some edits later. He won't be as fast as a purebred Seawing, and I'll add some details.

Humans and Dragons hate each other. Like a lot. Each is taught at a young age that the other is super evil and should be avoided at all costs. If a dragon just out of being a hatchling were to be captured they would be traumatized regardless of being saved by another human. I'm going to require something more in depth to excuse even neutral relations with humans.

Well, this human didn't just save Wake and his friend, he then decide to pick a fight with the trappers that had captured the pair and be sure it would be a while before they could trap again. That, and Wake tries his best to see things from both sides of anything, so it's also an extension of that.

You still haven't given a good reason why Wake wouldn't hate Humans. I get he was saved by one when he was a Hatchling, but like Astral said, just being captured should be traumatising to a young Dragon who's never had an encounter with Humans before. Think of it like... a dog who had an abusive owner most of its life. Just being rescued isn't going to make it instantly start trusting Humans again, it takes a long time, and even then it might still bear some mental scars.

Now I want you to get your app approved as quickly as possible so you can start rping. So maybe instead of trying to make Wake be a Dragon who respects Humans just because one saved him, maybe you could make him fearful of Humans and then through roleplay, get him to a point where he's no longer afraid of them, but he'd be more likely to kill a Human than be neutral toward them.

What exactly did you change besides the history?

Added some numbers for Wake's flight, running, and swimming speeds, 75, 40, and 55 mph respectively, and added a weakness to breathe attacks that cover a large area (a spray as opposed to a straight line).

Thought I replied to this already. Sorry. So, you could increase your swim speed if you wanted, since you are 75% SeaWing. Your air speed: almost 75mph... so is it 74? 70?

It's ok. Just did some edits to the speeds of flight and swimming based on what you said.

Sorry, got to make one more change. I couldn"t find anything on the swim speed of SeaWings so I came up with one myself. The max swim speed is 70, so you should bring it down to 65-60.
