Personality: Dionysus is very passionate about everything that she does. She acts quickly in her ideas and is steadfast on her beliefs. She loves to help others, and rather enjoys being the one in charge. She's fiery and headstrong, and often doesn't think about things before she does it-- kind of like her mother, who just 'winged' it. However, Dionysus is much more violent. She's not evil, but she just loves a good fight. She jumps headfirst into potential danger. She is not michevious, or tries not to be. She tries to do what is necessary, and to help in anything that is good. If any bad deeds are done by dragons around Dionysus, she is all about vengeance and justice and everything.

With these traits, it's expected that Dionysus is very competitive. She enjoys a good contest, and of course she loves winning more than anything else. When she wins, she is often proud and rubs it in. However, when she loses, she would like the exact opposite, and hates it when dragons come along to rub their victory in her face. In the moments when this Trainee is calm, she stays quiet and takes her time to preen her scales and arrange them to make them look pretty.

Appearance: Dionysus looked way different as a hatchling as she does now. As she grew, her scales grew much brighter, prettier, and stronger. It looks like Dionysus is completely covered in spiky icicles. Her scales often glitter. Her tail seems to be entirely composed of icicles. Sometimes, it looks like Dionysus is light purple rather than blue in places where the light changes.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths:
~Dionysus has tough scales and a high tolerance to pain. Her scales aren't like armor or anything, but are slightly stronger than average. Since her icicle-like scales never seem to stop growing, it's likely they will get stronger as she grows up.
~With her icy blue scales, Dionysus can blend in well in the IceWing Territory.

Normal Abilities:
~Dionysus is somewhat resistant to cold weather, and is immune to frostbite. However, she is still affected when fellow IceWings try to use their ice breath on her.
~Like most IceWings, Dionysus can exhale ice or frost. She can shoot it out up to 10 feet before it dissipates. She can only do this once every two posts.
Special Abilities:
~With her long and spiky tail, Dionysus has the ability to shoot out sharp, icicle-like spines. It sticks when it meets a target. Much like the Needler from Halo, when more than three spines stick less than 5 inches to each other, they pop and deal extra damage, exploding into multiple tiny shards. Dionysus can only throw four of these at once, but since targets tend to move and her aim is bad, it is unlikely three needles will land close to each other. She only does this once every three posts.
~As her demigod ability, Dionysus has some control over cold weather. Unlike her mother, Dionysus can only have control over it when a blizzard, snow, or hailstorm is already occurring. The circumference of storm she has control over is 50 feet at most. It takes Dionysus a lot of concentration to do this, and often takes two posts for her to take control. She can only control as much to make snow fall faster (or slower) or hail to become thicker (or lighter). Control only lasts for a very short time, which is one post. She can shut it off at will, and it also exhausts her to do this since she has to concentrate a lot. Since she must focus, she is vulnerable while trying to gain control since she will be concentrating on the storm, not her opponent.

Weaknesses:
~Dionysus isn't very fast by sky or by land.
~Dionysus doesn't like puzzles or brain teasers, but that's just because she can never solve them, thus being humiliated. She avoids answering these if possible.
~This IceWing often jumps headfirst into danger, not even thinking of the dangers and risks, which can get her into huge trouble and can even kill her.
~She doesn't fare well in hot weather, like most of her kind.

Perhaps you could put in the effects of her frostbreath that she'll develop as she grows? This way you wouldn't have to pester a mod to take the app out again just to put in the changes. Same goes for her demi god powers, unless you need some time to think of them and just want your app to be approved first.

But it's just a suggestion. And the rest of your app looks fine to me, so...
