To Oculus - NW Leader

As of 28th of June I'm retracting Oculus as the Nightwing leader, reasons include:

- Drama being caused multiple times
- Forcing lore decisions leading Nightwings hard to rp inless occy would approve if it matched his way.
- Along with what happened with Tenebris, Oculus was equal to the reason behind it.

Those are the main reasons, with smaller ones included which shall not be mentioned here. So the Nightwing leader position is now open, all lore which effected rps in current progress can be continued and its Oculus's choice on what he would wish to be next.

Im sorry but I am going to object to this.

One of the main reasons is because of the main root to why we have to completely change the NW lore. Sure, Occy was targeted by Tenebris and his friends brought over from an external media, but why did we have to change the lore and move Shadows Refuge to begin with? From how I see it, it is because of a topic that was brought to our attention regarding on the need for a guide to how fast dragons can go. I understand you all mentioned that there are many other factors and drama involved between the two, but none of them are which I am highly aware of, and I am not the only one as well (Hyruu). But even if we did consider everything that remained hidden from us, I highly doubt it is fair to boot Occy for something he had no control over.

Second, I dont find it appropriate that you would be the one making the announcement, especially if it is public without prior discussion with Occy. Was there any talk betwewn you two before this is made? Considering the staff chat, it seems Occy was unaware of it as well. Of all the incidents between Occy and Tene, I probably prefer if it is Celes who makes this announcement as she seemed to be more involved in this.

No offense, but making an announcement like this just seems very rash to me.

Well first off why is it inappropriate for me to make the announcement? After all with being an Owner lol. Yeah cele has a stronger voice than me but its not like I'm doing this on my own accord. Occy yes has provided content but with the tene thing he added fire to the problem. The reason for not going direct is due to letting the forum know why he is being removed from leader.

Is it true you are voiding all of Occy's topics or no?

Cause that would cause serious issues with my timeline and I would have to refuse this. Almost everything Rii has done from the nightwing invasion thread onward would have to be looked over and redone which means she wouldn't be in the earthwings, she wouldn't have babies, she wouldn't be semi, and a whole host of other problems.

Okie dokie cause a part from that I wasn't here for the whole altercation and can't put my own opinion in because of that.

If those threads were being nerfed though *clears throat* there woulda been hell to pay from me.

After having a staff discussion it has been decided that Occy will remain the NightWing leader. We are however aware he can not always be fair in his position. If you have any complaints at all please forward them to a member of staff and we will make sure to get it sorted.

And guys, feel free to contact me. I know I put on a scary appearance, but that is Occy's character. If you did not know, I am also the cute and wovable hatchling AuSurath. . So I know Occy can be intimidating, but OOCly, feel free to message me with ideas, complaints, anything really if you are comfortable. If not, then go ahead and ask another staff member and you can remain anonymous. ^.^
