Personality: Lil'17 is mostly to herself as having grown up alone but she loves to make bad jokes to herself and find her oneness with nature and everything around her. She is more timid than brave and fearless as she believes herself to be. While also being timid she has a natural curiosity she never quite learned to dull down for her own good. She has a very high self preservation mindset and will do anything to get out of a sticky situation, while also mostly not knowing when to quit. She also yearns to have a family and friends, although she doesn't know that as she believes herself to be the only dragon in the world because she has never seen another. She claims what is hers and will do whatever she believes she must to keep it.
Interests: She loves to attempt to draw, try to learn to swim, play games with herself, learn as much as she can in all the ways she can think of, bother pigeons and fly after them.
Dislikes: She doesn't like to harm those whom don't deserve it, she hates raw meat, and doesn't like to see unneeded violence and hatred towards others.
Fears: She is afraid of the possibility of a darkness she can not see into, and the idea of being in a pain she cannot get away from.  

General Appearance: She has a somewhat boyish look for a female as being very stocky for her size. she has five fingers on each paw and a tail as long as her body and her wings are the size of her body being lined up. She also has two sets of teeth that stick out of her mouth.
Height: 13 feet
Scales: Blue with black lightning marks
Eyes: Blue and Black
Appearance: She is about 13 feet tall at the tips of her black horns. She has black lightning marks all over her body and a large one over her right eye. Her scales are a bright and dark sky blue depending on the lighting she is in. Her tail is the length of her body and her wings are the size of two of her bodies lines up. She has two frills starting at the base of her skull and ending at the tip of her tail.She has spikes that stick out of her frills and each wing finger/bone. She also has two sets of teeth that stick out of her mouth. She has blue and black eyes, a mostly stocky body more towards boyish for a female. Large jaw muscles but a mostly slender head. Her talons are black and white but she has all white teeth.

Skills and Abilities Naturally good fighter
Strengths: (What is your dragon good at? Both physical and mental strengths must be included) She is very good at powered flight and has a very cunning and tenacious attitude.
Special Abilities:  She can call and breath lightning and fire.

Combat Style:  She is very cunning but prefers a more head on approach if she feels she can win. She is also ruthless and will not stop if angered an than asked for mercy.

Background
History:  She was the sole remaining egg that survived from her parents last brood from a human raid. Her parents and youngest brothers and sisters all perished and she only survived because her mom hid her in a crevice in the cave she was hatched ans still lives in. After the humans killed her parents and destroyed the eggs they took all evidence as a trophy which is the reason she thinks she is the last dragon left. She is also half firewing and half skywing,
