Tribe Customs Contest : Icewings

So let's get this contest start !

Let's just do as many as I can think of XD

In the summers the land is still cold and full of snow, but the sun beams down all day and it barely snows if it snows at all. As the days get shorter and the temperature colder, the IceWings wait patiently for the first real snow of the season.  

In the day of the first snow the IceWings celebrate, playing in the snow and setting up little stands to sell things. A little snow market if you will. It's mostly set up in an area where there is a hill for sledding down, a lake for skating, and an underlying area for the market and more snow activities.

After a few hours of enjoying the snow the IceWings start to hold a contest. This is a playful contest where the IceWings build ice or snow statues. They are usually in little groups, where at least one IceWing has the power to manipulate snow and ice. One of the others usually comes up with the idea for the statue and how to execute it. Groups of one are also acceptable and most likely have the power to make ice.

After the statue contest is over some IceWing will host little competitive competitions of snowman making or snowball fights. The adults who just want to rest will make an area in the market to chat and watch their young at play. Some dragons will go and continue on their duties while the others will just relax for the day.

I'm pretty sure that it doesn't really snow in the summer in the arctic, but because of the angle of the sun's rays the snow doesn't melt. That's just what I used for the idea of the first snow.
