Personality: Ender is the kind of dragon who is ethier a kind and gentle dragon, or a total paim in the a**.  One side depicts him to be the nicest dragon, who never gets mad or tries to hurt vs anyone.  The other is a cruel, sick, twisted dragon that doesn't care about anything and anyone, but ender can control and convert the anger into something else.
interests: (good) studying, playing,  and m ma aking friends.  
(Evil) killing, fighting,  and doing anything that can hurt anyone,  physically and mentally.
dislikes: losing a battle, losing a game, and losing control of himself.
fears: having his fate in death's hands, again.

strengths: he is both strong and smart,  letting him have an advantage dispite his size.
special ability: personality switch;  having two separate versions of yourself is quite a hard thing to maintain and master,  but when he did, he can swap between ethier a peaceful encounter, which is the main personality he has,  one with a warrior's intent, which is transferring intelligence and kindness into speed, strength, and brutality. The only match that his speed and strength is comparable is that he is a tornado of pain (nuff said).  The only this personality can be defeated is by ethier actually defeating him, or calming him down.
weaknesses: the switch can put him in a state of changes that affect him by taking away his knowledge of who is friend or foe, with a fear of dying to top It all off, which makes him turn from a killing machine (or a friend to all) into a coward.
combat style: various between each and every encounter with dragons.   For his nice self, he calculates what tribe its from,  size, and knowledge of the surroundings,while the other side fights it.

background
history: Ender is not from Pyria, but from the same place that a certain dragon lived on.  All he ever did was help all that was good,  and leave the evil in a trail of dust., even though he rejected the eteral flames offers many timed over.  All thst was changed when disaster struck.  This certain dragon snapped and went on a rampage, with Ender being the first to fall.  The only reason he is not dead, is because the attack this dragon did wasnt enough, plus he left him to die for reasons unknown.  But he did get better and went over to pyria stay.  Yet he vowed that he will find that creature and kill it so he can rest.
RP sample: he was walking in the medow outside his cave in the moonlight,  with his scales glistning like stars in the same midnight sky.  His breath holding s he saw a dragon flying towards him, claws ready and eyes burning with angr and bloodlust.  This, he knew, was something that would stop at nothing to do, and will kill anyone in its way.

There are a lot of vague points here and there, particularly the combat style. You will need to explain how it varies, and the list of what personalities Ender jumps into.

Also, if you can, separate the likes and dislikes so they appear like a list.

There are also he gut restrictions for each tribe, I think nw's cap at 80

What's the difference between the 'peaceful encounter' and 'warrior's intent'? Does 'peaceful encounter', e.g. give Ender more intellect but trades off his strength and speed, and does 'warrior intent' gives him that strength and speed but sacrifices intellect? Might want to clarify this under the special abilities section.

I think you still need to clarify some points. What are the 'state of changes' that will affect him? And how fast or strong does he become if he hits 'berserker mode'?
