Aerokinesis would be a semi god power so no. Chromokenisis would be fine if you were 100% LightWings which your not so no.

Your weaknesses and special abilities have a contradiction. In special abilities you say you have enhanced speed and specify in the air but in weakness you say isn't very fast in a vague since which is assumed to be in general.

30 human years equals 1 dragon year which means you would be less than 3 years old which is still a hatching which would mean no Vulcan. Also I prefer you count your years in dragon years.
