Personality: A noble dragon, who takes pride in his existence, he is a dragon that looks at things in a better light. And tries to see the good in everything, he rarely ever speaks though, he likes to be a guardian and a watcher, but when he does speak, he tends to speak in a more authorial tone of voice. He sees himself as a mentor to young dragons, such as Kits and hatchlings, and tries to teach them right and wrongs of growing.

But he is a lazy dragon at times, when there is nothing to do, you may find him basking in the sun, and trying to warm himself up. He can be absentminded at time, forgetting the little details of things, he tends to be mellow at times. Not getting angry or frustrated, he tends to keep a cool temper, and if ever pushed to the edge he will use his body to crush his foe, and if that fails, he will use his hidden deadly ability. He tends to be rather dull and straight to the point, he rarely ever tends to hold hidden messages in his words. He speaks his mind and expects others to the do so, as he will pick up if they are avoiding or playing mind games with him. Along with that, he is intelligent, despite his look, he holds much intellect to plan battle strategies and hold conversations with the best of ease.

He never beats around the bush and will say something straightforward, he is honest, far too honest, is he sees something he does not like, he will say it forth right. He is a caring dragon, who tends to be loving, he loves the female dragons of his lineage, he see's them as strong and willing beings. And he will compliment them in anyway, he is what you call a "Ladies Man", and as such he likes to be around them. Not only that, he is a dragon, that likes the company, of others and even the young ones he likes to be around, though he may be somewhat dull in humor, he will try his best.

He is one that isn't too big on fighting or combat, he will engage it if he needs to, unlike many dragons, he doesn't care for humans being around him, as they have never once harmed him. How could they, once they saw his hidden power, he was left alone, ever human village knew of his power and as such was labeled a "Titan of White Death." As such, he doesn't kill them, if they attack him he will defend himself, but he isn't one to kill them on sight, in total, Mnerolth is a prideful dragon, who is mellow at times, and is a wonder with the ladies, he is great with children, and is one to think with his head, as equal to his combat.

General Appearance
Height: 160 Feet
Scales:  Earthy grey, and heavily plated and smooth along the chest region, spiky along the tail, neck, and spine.

Appearance:

-Old-
A large dragon, who resides in the Earthwing lineage, he is a dragon who walks on his two back legs, and has a rather battle like appearance. He has a pair of horns that protrude from the sides of his head, curving inwards and outwards then returning back inwards. His head is a triangle like shape, and is covered in the scales like his body, as his teeth are located in a pair of jagged scales along his jaw. Giving him a twin bite effect, as his neck is short and bulky, giving him a more beefy look.  

He has spike like scales along his shoulder blades, three on each side, and several along the back of his neck.His tail has two large ones starting from the region the humans would call the tail bone, and exceeds along the top and bottom of the tail. As his tail is long, and is covered in plate like armor, that protects his tail underneath, his arms are also covered in the same plate like armor scale. Being spike when coming towards his body, he has three claw like fingers, he is able to grab to a certain extent. But he can't hold objects for long, his chest is covered in the plated scales as well, but are smooth and tough.

His legs are also covered in the same spikes that cover his body, they are designed to be coming upward towards his body, and are sharp at each end, while his feet had four toes, giving him balance in the design they have. The wings he has, are attached along his shoulders and are rather large in size, being 80 feet in span length, they are bulky and strong, covered in the same plated armor, having two claws at the joint that extends to rest of the finger like bones. He has six finger like bones that extend from this joint, and the wings are covered in a thick membrane like skin, and are tattered along the ends, showing many battles in his time.

-New-
With the gaining of his new found power, Mnerolth's body now has vegetation growing from it, such as moss, vines, small branches, even small rocks and crystals form there. As now he has a more distinct body feature to show his new powers.

Strengths:

Physical
~ Powerhouse: He is strong, and can hold his own with another earthwing in brute strength. Being 160 feet, he had the size to match his brute force, along with that, he is able to crush cliff sides with one sweep of his tail. And leave gaps in mountain sides with his claws, and tail, he makes his pres-sense known, as his foot steps even are left behind.

~ Thoughtful: He is a dragon that is always thinking about his friends, allies and close loved ones, he will be there to compliment, praise, or even assist with anything he can.

~ Gentle: Despite his size and strength, Mnerolth can be gentle, he has full control over his own physical strength. He can pick kits and hatchlings up, and not harm them, even in combat, if one it in danger, he can keep his strength from overwhelming the little one, if he is trying to get it to safety.

Mental

~ Excellent combat Strategist: He is able to comprise combat strategies in a short amount of time. He has the ability to spot a enemies weakness and as such when the time arises, he can use that to his advantage.

~ Intelligence: He is smart, but isn't the smartest dragon in the world, his IQ is about 112, and is somewhat above the average mind. Though he may be smart, he tends to hide it and use it when needed the most.

Special Abilities:

-Original Power-
~ White Death Cloud: The ability lies within Mnerolth lower gut, he has a separate sack that holds a deadly White Phosphorus in it. This material is kept in a thick layer of saliva that not only keeps it from killing him but also breaks it down when it enters his throat, and once exposed to the air. Releases a huge cloud of white death, this cloud of White Phosphorus, spreads and can be picked up in the wind, the only downside is that  Mnerolth must close a pair of scales located on his eyes and nostrils to use it. For it is a mental block he has placed to prevent injury to himself. This in turn makes him blind to all attacks coming his way, as he can't see, or smell, but he can still hear.

-God power(s)-
~ Stone to Life: With the gaining of his god powers, Mnerolth is now able to bring earth, quite literally earth to life. By breathing his essence into it, he can form the earth to his image and do as he commands. This is more of a conjuration power, as in the humans call, Golems or Earth Elementals, Mnerolth is able to control his earth creations and have them do as he commands through vocal or thought process. The Golems he creates are about the size of humans and can't be larger than 6 feet tall, and more than 1000 lbs, as the amount he can summon is up to 5 in a single day, as he requires some energy to make the mana run through it.

*Effect: Earth comes to life, through life essence, 6 feet tall, and 1000 lbs., limited 5 per day (Topic), can be used in parts or at once.

~ Gaia's Kiss: He is able to heal the land and the creatures that he touches, this is a newly gained power, to heal almost but the most deathly of ailments such as old age. When Mnerolth comes into contact with a sickened creature or dragon his breathe, blood, or even his saliva is all it takes to cure the being. But his blood works the best, the amount this power can be used is up to three times a day (Topic) as the energy (Mana) to use it is massive. And he is limited to three times a day.

*Effect: Cures all but the deathly of ailments, limited 3 per day (Topic), can be used on several targets or one continuous.

Weaknesses:

~ Cold: He hates the cold, and as such he won't ever go into the Icewing territory. He likes the warmth, and nothing more.

~ Heat: Despite his love for the warmth, he hates it when it gets too hot, as such the Firewing territory is one place he will avoid.

~ His power requires time to perform, and requires massive amounts of energy to use, that renders his Golems to be useless if he uses his Stone Growth twice in one day (Day).

~ His power of Gaia's kiss is useless against old age, and near death causes such as curses, hexes, or natural causes, as his powers work only on, broken bones, torn flesh, burned skin, poisons, and illnesses.

-Stone to Life-
~ His power of Stone to Life is useless unless he touches the stone, and releases his essence into it, as his breathe is the key factor, or even his blood.

~ He can use his blood to create his Golems/Elementals, but too much blood lost will make him weak.

Combat Style: He is very fast, using his bodies momentum to fight. He is a straightforward and will tank anything he can. He usually fights fights using his brain, but will use brute strength, and if all else fails, he will use his hidden power to fight.

Background
History:

-Original History-
Born in the Earthwing territory, at a young age, he was rather quite and rarely ever spoke. His body at that age was rather unusual, he never once had a problem with his scales. They never seemed to change colour or shape, they stayed as they were, and when he was older, he moved to the Interior Earthwing Territory. His father died when they tried to go there, as he was attacked by humans, his mother met the same fate as she tried to get her son there as well. Alone, and now tracked by humans, he demonstrated his power to them, unleashing a cloud of White Phosphorus upon them and killing them all. That day he gained the name, "Titan of White Death".

-New History-
After his time in the kingdom, and the gaining of Sorrell as his mate, and finding out about her father being the king of the Earthwings. Mnerolth soon found himself with a new found power that was given to him, for his power was that now of the gods, he himself one. Became the God of Nature and Earth, as he was able to cure most with his power, and bring forth life into rock and earth while still retaining his mortal power of the White cloud of Death.

-Original-
A rumble. and tumble, as trees falls, and rocks crumble, as a large figure walks the land. His rainbow eyes look about the place, as he sees a human village in the distance, the humans all running as they knew who this dragon was. Walking past it and leaving them, a fireball comes and strikes him, as a Human Fire Mage appeared ans attacked the walking titan, ignoring the human, as this angered him. Sending more fireballs at the giant dragon, as finally a tail swipe if what took the Mage down for the count, as his wings deflected the fireballs. Ignoring the humans as he continued his walking, nothing else happened that day for him, as he sat there in the sun basking away in the warmth he was receiving.

-New-
A gentle breeze dances through the land, tickling the trees, caressing the grass, making it flutter. The wildlife wanders the forest of the Earthwing territory, as the lust green forest stretches forth more, the sound of birds chirping, and the nessle of the deer gnawing the forest floor. A clap in the distance makes the trees rustle as the ground shakes, the sounds of a walking titan approaches, a figure looking in the distance. As the colour of earthy grey come forth, a pair of rainbow eyes, swirling with amasses of colours and shades. Upon his body, covered in moss, vines and various other plant like vegetation. His breathes seeping from his jagged maws, as he walks upon the earth, with each step, he leaves his mark, the ground, rubble and others around his feet shift.

Now as The Titan of the White Death Cloud meanders the realm of this place, his presence stirs the trees, making the birds clatter away, and the wildlife to scatter, this was the power the one hundred and sixty foot tall giant held, as he wanders about, not having a sure place to be or set location. This was just a daily stroll for him, and he was loving it, the gentle breeze brushing along his heavy armored scales. The warmth of the sun, beating down upon his body, his cold blood turning warm, as he was set to do what he wished for, as he made his way back to the Kingdom, to spend time with his love Sorrell, and his Father-in-law, the Great King Cosmos.

First, congrats on the semi-god status!
Second, I feel like there needs to be a limit on the Gaia's kiss. I like how you have that only certain things can be healed, but there should probably be some sort of limit. He can only do it X number of times in one day, it uses X amount of energy, etc. Otherwise you'll take the healer's job.
And probably the same thing with the Stone to Life part, considering that if he breathes on a pebble, it can come to life if he wants.
Not asking you to change your powers, just add a limit of some sort. Nothing huge though, as you are a semi-god.
