Underwater adventure [Private with ShiningWater and Arkhor]

Atlantis was finally done with his leader tasks. His work has been particularly exhausting this day. Besides the regular duties, this time he was also busy listening the needs of a group of SeaWings that was asking for more food. After a long negotation they have arrived at a mutual agreement: Atlas would grant them more fishes from the Trackers, but in the exchange they would patrol and protect the SeaWings borders. He wondered how Shine was passing her time instead. They worked a lot together, but they often separated to do different tasks.

Atlas went outside the Summer Palace, looking to enjoy a swim and relax a little. He realized to also be hungry and he would hunt something for himself. Atlas wished to spend his time with someone, but it looked that everyone was busy that day. He sighed annoyed. Atlas disliked loneliness. He started to immerse himself in the water, but a wave suddenly splashed him. He realized the sea was becoming agitated and the sky was cloudy. The weather wasn't very good and it was making Atlas more sad and unhappy. It wasn't one of the best days.

((I'm going to stop controlling Shine too heavily tilll this is over. She'll just sometimes come in for a distraction. I'm going to focus on Dusk, at least for the fight.))

Dusk grunted as the other dragon's chest slammed into her own, and she flew backwards, before sliding through the sand on her back. She groaned and stood, before snarling and launching a counter attack, ducking under the bite, but the claws raked across her shoulder. She hissed and continued forward, before darting to the side and attempting to blast the dragon with scalding water, while continually moving close enough to start whipping her tail at his face and wings.

As Dusk darted to the side, Ark watched as she fired a jet blast of boiling water which hit him on his torso, the heat was immense as his scales burn, luckily his armor did protect him slightly but due to being concentrated around his chest it made little difference. Roaring from the pain he quickly countered with another claw swipe and lunging towards her. He was surprised at how much damage was done from the boiling water, he needed to be careful and use his abilities to avoid the attacks. As he called forth more water from around them including the scalding water, he created a sphere of liquid then blasting it towards Dusk.

The dragoness's eyes widened when she noticed the sphere of water coming towards her. That was steaming. He quickly abandoned trying to attack him, and instead lunged to the side to avoid the blast of water. Dusk swore loudly and yelped as her sister ducked underneath her, effectively stopping her mid-jump. She glanced back in time to see Shine duck under the ball of water, but she roared as it splashed across her haunches, dousing her back legs and top of her tail in oiling water. She snarled, turning and standing slightly, before rising and turning, and diving back into the ocean for the cooling water, and as a retreat. She popped out of the water for a moment to snarl: "Another time then, Sister, and next time-you won't be so lucky." The black and red dragoness disappear, and Shine immediately turned to Ark. "Are you ok?"

After hitting Dusk with the orb of water she made her exit, cowardly running away from the group, as she snarled at them, Ark responded "I will be there!" he growled. Turning to face the others he smiled slightly, pleased to see that his leaders where alright. As he walked up to Atlas he replied to Shine, "Yeah I'm fine, I should be alright to heal my wounds, are you injured?" Sitting next to Atlas he began to use his healing powers to patch up his wound, of course due to the seriousness of the injury it wouldn't be fully healed but at least help with the pain and protecting it. His paws glowed as he gently pressed them onto his back, calling forth the liquid from his armor, as the water settled around Atlas's wound he rubbed his paw over the inflamed area easing the pain. Smiling again he spoke "Atlas, that feel better?" he did worry for him, luckily he arrived in time before his injury became infected.

The fight was hard, but Dusk eventually decided to flee. The black dragon was at disvanatage against two enemies. Dusk has no chances to beat the SeaWings alone. Unless she would find allies. But who's interested to support such a cruel and evil dragon like Dusk? Nobody. "You'll always be condemned to lose without friends." Atlas roared at Dusk before she would disappear, remarking his previous argument. He looked towards Arkhor. His healing was very restorative and he felt all the energies coming back. Atlas stood up, finally able to move. "I'm fine. You have arrived just in time." He smiled. "Are you two ok?" Atlas asked to both dragons, but he was indeed looking only at Shine, like he was very worried for her. Atlas had a crush on the other leader, and he was starting to treat Shine like she was the most valuable dragon in his life.

Shine sighed and flopped to the ground heavily on her tail. "Well." She said wearily. "That happened." She grunted, standing and hissed as she stretched her wing. She turned and opened it gingerly, looking at the long gash that ran vertically through the middle of the webbing. She sighed. "That'll sting. But it'll heal." She reassured herself. She wasn't particularly worried, her healing powers would heal it fast, though it would hurt in the mean time. Instead, she turned her attention to Arkhor and Atlantis, answering both their questions. "I'll be fine." She said, smiling slightly, and couldn't help but notice Atlas's concern for the two. And her. Mostly her. And she looked away slightly. "Let's get back to the palace." She said. "Can everybody move?"

Happy to see that Shine was alright he replied to them both, "Don't worry about me... luckily its nothing to serious, unlike you Atlas" he smirked and nodded from Shine's question, "Atlas are you alright to fly?" he asked towards his leader, while examining his wounds and healing them with the water currently around his body. "Yes you've certainly had me worried, I had most of the tribe join me in searching for you guys. Good thing I found you otherwise... well... Atlas would still be in a bad shape..." frowning slightly he awaited for Atlas's response.

Shine looked at Arkhor, a comically horrified look on her face. "Fly? Ark, I'm sorry to disappoint, but I'd like to point out a few things. A) I don't think Atlas can fly, heck as leader and Healer I'm saying her can't. B) My wing is badly ripped. And C) I couldn't fly that far if it wasn't ripped." She listed off. Even without a torn wing, Shine's were-tough very muscular and powerful-too small to keep her airborne. Though it's something she wishes to work on and compensate for.
