Corrode's Acidic Inception

Appearance:

Additional Appearance Notes (I felt this was needed): Scales are a chromatic, irridescent purple, meaning that looked at the right way, or under just the right amount of light, Corrode's scales shimmer jade green. Underbelly is black, and tail is covered in the same black spikes as his head. 

Personality: Corrode prefers to keep to himself, but despite his menacing appearance, he prides himself in trying to be friendly, although he can have a slightly acidic personality at times. He doesn't like it when others bring up his family, and can be defensive about his family history. Around females he finds attractive, and food, he tends to drool the corrosive acid that he derives his namesake from out of the corners of his mouth. When he's angry, the veins on his wings tend to light up a bright green, and he starts to salivate copious amounts of acid (like in the picture).

Strengths: Can breath acid in several forms and is immune to its effects. He can also excrete the acid through glands between his scales and coat himself in it at will. He exerts mental control over acid, and can evaporate, condense, and solidify it with but a thought.

Weaknesses: Is not the strongest physically, and has an almost deathly fear of lightning. He also doesn't have the best sense of smell or taste, since he's exposing those senses to acid on an almost daily basis.

History:

He was raised in an unstable family, from egg to early childhood. His parents supposedly were earthwings, but when he hatched, he sported the dark coloration of a nightwing, and an acidic power never seen in the family history. His parents shakily raised him until he was an adolescent, until one fateful night when he was separated from his family in a lightning storm.

A bolt struck the mouth of the cave they were using as a home, a mere three feet behind the young Corrode. he was sent plummeting down the mountain side, deafened and blinded by the rougue lightning bolt. His family presumed him dead and didn't bother to look for him. He survived, and to this day he still wanders the lands, searching for his family and a place to settle down, leaving behind half melted animal corpses and pools of acid where he sleeps and hunts.

Recently, he's woken up from several decades of hibernation, only to find that his entire life has seemingly vanished from the face of the earth.

i already did fix my profile pic. I was just faffing about, trying to get it right, and eventually just took the image from my character post and downsized it so it would fit in the thumbnail.

Hey maybe my dragon(He's a newborn/egg) can be you and Shrillex's Draglet/Hatchling when his creation is approved...If it's okay with you two, anyways.

You'll have to check with Shrillix, but I think the relationship between our characters has reached the point where conception is inevitable, and am perfectly okay with you being our newborn draglet
