Personality: Zio is very impulsive and curious. He can get very annoying at times, but he is very kindhearted. He looks like the kind of dragon that wants to rip you to pieces, but he is the exact opposite. Instead, he likes to be near his friends.
Fears: Arachnophobia, Claustrophobia, Manticores, and Death.
Strengths: He is very cunning, he has a good light attack, and he is very physically strong. He is smart enough to outsmart most of his fellow trainees (But not the adults), and is strong enough to defeat a weaker manticore (I may change this due to me not knowing the strength of a weaker manticore)
Weaknesses: He is not very defensive, nor does he have good endurance. This is because his scales are quite soft, and do not provide good protection. The only hard part of his scales, is his head. He uses his head to headbutt sometimes, but this is not his main strategy. He uses it mostly for defense, but this does not work most of the time.
General Appearance
Height: 24 feet
Scales: Blue colored, with his wings pinkish.
Eyes: a glowing light blue, with no pupils.
Appearance: He appears to be a very mean dragon, but in reality, he is the exact opposite. He has a dagger, which was inherited from his dad before he died.

Skills and Abilities
Normal Abilities: He can shoot beams of light and ice. His light beams are not as focused or hot as a regular Lightwing's because he is a hybrid. He also has a weak ice beam which applies a cold layer of frost only. The light can only produce a 2nd degree burn at the most, but he has only been able to make 1st degree burns so far. The Ice could barely be considered cold, but it is cold enough to stun the attacker for a little bit. This gives him time to either escape or attack more. It is inefficient and he rarely uses it in battle.
Special Abilities: He can create a blinding flash, that blinds his attacker for 1 post. This allows him to land a few blows on his opponents before they regain sight. This can be used once every 4 posts. and 2 times every topic.
Combat Style: He uses his long range attacks, then he uses his blinding flash, and lands some blows on them before they regain sight.

Background
History: His mother was Lightwing, his father was Icewing, and they both died trying to protect him from a manticore. He escaped, after they died, and he now lives in the safety of the Lightwing village.

So starting off with normal abilities:

1. Light/Ice beams
This needs a better description, not a whole page worth but maybe just a paragraph better explaining this ability, two just to be safe due to the dual elements. How far do these beans go, how long do they charge/recharge (turn wise), and how many times can they be used in combat?

2. Blinding Light (Your special ability)
So for this one we don't go by seconds on this site we instead go by turns. So for this I'd shoot for a foe losing sight for 1 of their turns. The Recharge Rate seems good but how many times can you use that ability in a single topic?

3. Strengths/Weaknesses
While they are simple, could you describe (as far as strengths go) how strong he is? How exactly cunning is he?

And for your weaknesses can you tell why his endurance isn't good nor his defense?
