Personality:

Numinex takes a lot of pride in his heritage, and so considers himself above many dragons, he is hot-headed and arrogant, often making snide comments about others, regardless how deep the wounds cut. He is extremely stubborn and short tempered, not hesitating to beat up somebody for a simple remark. He is extremely forward and aggressive, getting in people's faces and demanding answers without hesitation. He is also extremely stubborn. Once a decision is made, he will very rarely change his mind. Numinex is also very loud and vocal when he wants to be. Numinex is a very distrusting and cold dragon at first sight, having grown up alone. Numinex is very independant and believes he doesn't need help at all, from anybody, which ties back into his arrogance. Numinex will not hesitate to kill, and will do so without any remorse. He will always fight, never flee, even against the impossible.

Beneath his layers of aggression and stone-cold malice, however, Numinex is a very loyal and protective friend once he opens up to you. He will listen to you, and pay attention to what you have to say. If you hurt a friend of his, his rage is something to fear.

Numinex can also be very funny when he becomes flustered or embarrassed, and his comments on things can make you laugh. He is hilariously cheeky when he wants to be, regardless of who the dragon is, and isn't afraid to stand up for what's right when it comes to his friends.

Interests:

Meditating - Numinex enjoys meditating a lot. He can stay in a single spot for hours, just allowing his mind to empty of all thoughts. This gives him great concentration.

Flying - Numinex has a love for soaring the skies and brushing his wingtips against the clouds.

Practising His Language - Numinex enjoys speaking the language of the Dovah, and enjoys practising it frequently.

Observing - Numinex likes to watch things, be it a plant growing, a river flowing, a fish swimming, or a dragon. Often, he can be found observing somebody.

Dislikes:

Being Unable To See The Skies - Numinex has a personal hate for doing anything without a view of the sky. It makes him feel unprotected and unable to escape danger.

Chatterboxes - Numinex hates dragons that talk a lot, it disrupts and irks him immensely.

The colour beige - This is a weird quirk of Numinex. He HATES beige on anything, be it a creature, a plant, anything, he just hates beige.

Humans - Numinex loathes humans. He despises them, seeing them as weak, unworthy, nasty little beasts that deserve to be torched by his fire.


Fears:

Cages - Numinex hates cages, as he was once in one and hated every second of it. He fears it like nothing else.

Humans - Numinex's hate for humans and his past with them makes him afraid of them. If he is cornered by a human, or a group of humans, he will become both aggressive and defensive, hissing and growling like a cat.

General Appearance
Height: 30 Foot
Scales: A dirt brown with a faint tint of green.
Eyes: Brilliant yellow, looks gold in some lighting scenarios
Appearance:

Numinex is built like your average Wyvern. He has several dark spike sand plates running up his back, and his tail has a diamond shaped blade at the end of it that can whack foes to the ground with a lucky hit. He has a face that has is very sharp-featured. He has four horns, the primary horns poking out at the back of his head, and the secondary pair embedded in the space below them. He has a long snout with cruel teeth sticking out of the gums, accompanied by a pair of fierce yellow eyes.

Numinex's wings are made up of two shades. The bones that hold it together are the same color as his body, wheras the spaces in between are a paler brown in color.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths:

Fire - Numinex can breath torrents of orange fire that hurt like hell when you touch them.

Speed - Numinex is quite swift in the air, and can go at speeds of up to sixty five miles an hour.

Special Abilities:

Thu'um - Numinex can use a very unique ability that comes with learning his language. He can use shouts that have different abilities. His shouts include:

Fus Ro Dah (Can push objects with immense force. He can only push things that weigh below 800 Kilograms. He isn't phsyically moving the object yourself, but rather an unseen force does this)

Yol Tor Shul (He can release a small fireball that burns with a bit less intensity then his normal fire. Normally used to temporarily blind or distract targets, as well as cause small burns)

Laas Yah Nir (Reveals nearby creatures with thermal heat. Can only detect creatures from up to twenty metres away. The farther away they are from Numinex, the fainter they are)

Zun Hal Viik (He can only really use this on humans with weapons, as its not strong enough to affect many dragons. Numinex can use this to rip a weapon out of somebody's hands and send it flying. It does not affect dragons unless they have extra weapons that are not connected directly to their body)


His most powerful shout is Dragonrend, which can only work on a direct hit. It weakens a dragons wings and forces them to land. The ones effected will have a blue aura surrounding them. The blue aura is actually his magic constricting the bones, only with enough force to make them stiffen, and cutting off circulation in the wing's blood cells. The effect lasts for about a minute. It doesn't really effect the dragon once they're on the ground, the wings are just stiff. Its when they try to fly or stretch their wings that it becomes painful.


Weaknesses:

Ground Combat - Numinex is very sluggish on the ground, and the fastest he can turn his body is quite slow, which is why he practically lives in the skies.

Turning while hovering - Numinex can't really 'spin around' while in the air if he's hovering, he has to turn around at a slow pace because of the way his wings are. If he spins while hovering, his wings won't be able to support him because his weight, mixed with his wings briefly folding inwards, will cause him to fall.

Shouting - When Numinex 'Shouts,' or uses his Thu'um, it will drain his energy bit by bit and cause him to black out after a while. After using a shout, his vision will blur for a second or two, which is enough for a dragon to dart in and kill him if they're quick enough.

Lack of tactics - In battle, Numinex prefers one style of fighting over the rest, and can't adapt to any others very well, so this makes him predictable after a while.

Combat Style: Numinex prefers one tactic over the others. He will circle his target in the air, and then suddenly dive towards them out of nowhere, or hover above them, and blast fire or Shout. He will do this until the dragon is weakened, and will then attempt to land on top of them, crush them and attack.

Background
History:

Numinex's parents were killed when he was very young. His homeland became plagued with disease, leading to his mother's death. Sadly, his father refused to leave her corpse, and died with her despite young Numinex's attempts to feed him with bugs and the occasional rabbits he caught.

Numinex guarded his parent's bones for weeks, but then the herds moved away and he was forced to abandon their grave, taking off towards the south to find better grounds for hunting.

He found Pyyria, and discovered the FireWing tribe. Reluctantly, he joined up, and now lives there, trying to get into the military ranks.

So, I think you should go into a bit more detail with how some of your Shouts work, since not everyone here has played Skyrim. For example, if I didn't know how Fus Ro Dah works, I would think it allows you to become phsyically strong enough to push anything under 1763Ibs. But if you intended it to work like the game, in which you aren't phsyically moving the object yourself, but rather an unseen force does this, you should specify that.

With Dragonrend, do you just 'shout' in your target's general direction and it affects them even though they weren't actually hit by anything. Or is there a physical object for them to try to avoid?

Now, you state in weaknesses that using your shouts "drain his energy bit by bit and cause him to black out after a while". How much is "a bit"? And because Dragonrend is your most powerful spell it should drain the most energy, even if it only lasts a minute.
