Personality: Cocky, enthusiastic, carefree and a daredevil. Kai likes to live life to it's fullest and believes there's always a bright side to every moment in life. He's always overly optimistic and always keeps a spare smile for even the darkest of times. He never takes anything seriously and will constantly laugh in the face of death. Kai never gives up, no matter what the odds may be. He believes the only thing anyone needs to fight is the will to live and, fortunately, Kai has a lot of that.
Although he may not have much to fight for, he still has a whole *** load of will power.. and stubbornness! Kai can also be a bit of an annoying jerk.. however, those who get to know him end up loving him for it. (He's also a bit of a pyromaniac.)
Interests: Practicing his battle moves, playing with fire, battling, burning things.
Dislikes: Grumpy people, dragons who want to eat him, water, the rain, getting wet, the cold.
Fears: To be powerless.  

General Appearance
Height: 7 ft. (Kai is tiny for a Fireclaw :3).
Scales: Amber. The tips of his spikes/horns are a burnt brown. Areas that have thicker scales are a darker amber. His stomach, chest, throat and face (excluding the bridge of his snout) are smooth and are a light beige/sandy color. His scales are fire-resistant, meaning fire and intense does not harm him. 
Eyes: Yellow.
Appearance: (See image above). Kai is not bulky. He is rather average sized with a lean build. His back side is covered in plated/spiky scales while his front side is smooth (excluding his legs). He wears a brown vest with red silk and fur trimming. He has a short red cloak draped over his shoulder with a fur collar. He wears short, beige/grey pants and leather, fur and red cloth leg wraps. Has has leather gauntlets with fur trimming. At his side, in a sheathe strapped to his belt is an enchanted sword. The sword has a bronze hilt and fuller with a grip wrapped in leather. The sword has a unique curve to it. He also has a small, plain dagger.

Skills and Abilities
Strengths: Kai is a mix between strength and agility. He is neither a ninja or a tank. However, he can take a decent amount of damage from attacks and dodge just as many.
Special Abilities:
Kai uses fire magic. Magic requires magical energy; something Kai has a limited source of. Every time Kai uses magic, his magical energy leaves his body. Magical energy can be regained over time, thanks to the deposited magical energy in the atmosphere. To make this simpler I'll say Kai has a limit of 150 magical energy. To regain 50 of his magical energy, Kai has to wait half an hour. So, to regain all of his magical energy it would take an hour and a half.

• Flaming Blade
  Kai's signature ability. Kai can, using magic, ignite his blades (thanks to it's special enchantment) for extra damage. This type of fire is an enchanted fire and is much hotter than a normal, forged fire. It's typically at temperatures around 1,230 degrees Fahrenheit. The ability takes about 30 magical energy. This ability lasts as long as Kai wants it to.
  
  
• Fists of Fire
  This ability allows Kai to ignite his own fists into balls of fire. This ability greatly boosts his strength and makes fighting unarmed much more effective. The fire normally reaches 900 degrees Fahrenheit and removes 30 magical energy. This ability lasts as long as Kai wants it to.
  
  
• Dragon's Breath
  Kai can shoot a powerful concentrated stream of fire at his opponent from his palms. This fire can be dodged, depending on the radius that the fire spreads. The heat of this fire is typically hotter than the rest of his attacks and the attack in general is more powerful. It's normal temperature is 1,320 degrees Fahrenheit. This attack costs 20 magical energy for each time it is fired. For 5 more magical energy, Kai can increase the radius and spread by 5 feet.
  

Weaknesses: Kai is.. a bit of a dim wit. He rarely thinks to outsmart his opponent and his 'surprises' are normally just crazy ideas that he whips up and sometimes just happens to work. He is a cocky idiot and will take on opponents much stronger than he without hesitation. Not only that but he is reckless in a fight. Kai's fire can be put out by large amounts of water. Kai, once he runs out of magic, is unable to use his abilities. He also has a weakness to water. If environment is too wet, Kai will be unable to carry out his abilities.

This one is very hard for me to approve because it can easily be taken as power-modding (an example of such is being able to dodge everything). If you had changed the working to 'attempt to predict' then it might have worked.

The typical temperature takes about 30 magical energy. To raise it by another 200 degrees, Kai has to use 10 more magical energy. This is useful when fighting an opponent wearing armor, as he can raise it to melt that type of metal. This ability lasts as long as Kai wants it to.

Unfortunately that's not how temperature works. Energy expenditure required to raise temperature does not increase linearly, but exponentially, so you will need even more energy to raise it by 1 degree if the blade is already at too high of a temperature. At maximum, it seems you can potentially raise the blade's temperature up to 3,400 degrees Fahrenheit, with an additional 1,000 degrees every half an hour. Altogether, it's far too overpowered for a Fireclaw.

Do note, however, that Reptilians are significantly weaker than dragons (look at the current reptilian apps for help).

The same problem is with Fists of Fire. Temperature and energy don't increase linearly, and I would suggest you have a flat temperature for your attacks.

This one is inconsistent. It costs 30 energy to have other abilities at 900/1000 degrees, but only 10 for 1320 degrees? Not only that, but he could potentially burn hectares of fields thanks to the low cost of 5 energy. And I'm assuming heat intensity is similar to increasing temperature? All in all, its both overpowered and very inconsistent with the other abilities. Increase the energy costs for this ability and give a specific number for radius of increase.

You have contradicted yourself here. In his strengths, he tries to predict his opponent's movements, but here he's a dimwit and rarely thinks to outsmart them? Also, 'crazy ideas' that happens to work is not an acceptable strengths as it is just an excuse for his lack of intelligence.
